Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Yen Hoa

we had a great stay in Hanoi and Thuy's & Kurt place was the perfect base home to explore the city. Totally recommended!

Right in the alley, Apricot 2 front building is easy to find, opposite a building under construction, lucky me at the holidays and hanging out all day so it is not noisy, Near Tomibun Japanese supermarket and right on the walking street next to the lake is very clean. The room is as shown in the photo, washing machine and dryer in the building. Air conditioner each room, cool, fridge always running! I'm very satisfied

I stayed at this place for two weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook for myself. It's conveniently located near the Japanese supermarket Tomibun, where you can find all your daily essentials. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host arranges a weekly cleaning service, which is a great bonus. I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality living experience in Hanoi.

The neatly arranged accommodation made me feel comfortable. The host prepared plenty of towels in advance, and the host worked very hard to prepare the accommodation. I also stayed at Vinhomes Metropolis last month, but Metropolis had a facial recognition access system, so it was inconvenient to enter, but skylake provided two access card keys, so it was really convenient to enter the accommodation. I especially liked the small chair and table on the balcony. I was able to feel the consideration for the guests.

This is a good place for small families. The location was nice and quiet.

This place was just fantastic! It’s in a quieter area, but still just a short walk to the Old Quarter, which was super convenient. Everything looked just like the photos and matched the description. The art was unique and soothing, especially when it was handmade by Ha as I was told. The beds were comfy, and there was tons of space for both adults to relax and the kids to play. Overall, it was a great stay and totally worth the money. Would definitely recommend!

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Unique space located in the heart of the old quarter It was walkable to the Don Xuan market and although about a 20 min walk to the French quarter there were many interesting things to see. The street below was active and interesting and always entertaining while drinking my am coffee! The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive! We were really happy with the experience!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! One of the few AirBnb places that looks exactly like the pictures! This was a really beautiful apartment with full amenities, fast wifi, strong A/C, and even a washer and dryer (which is a rare find in Vietnam). Really a joy to stay here and the host is super responsive and friendly.

Apartment is nice and clean, well equipped. Basic necessities are provided. Sheets are clean. Enjoyed my stay. Overall, a good place.

transportation, reasonable prices

The apartment location in Tay Ho area is really good because you have lots of restaurants around, supermarkets…. The apartment was nice and clean. Linh (the host) was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay there.
