Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

Head to the rooftop and unwind, play a game of pool in the entertainment lounge, or layout and cool down by floating around in the infinity pool while enjoying the gorgeous panoramic views of the mountains and sea. The interior design of the unit "Casa CaliMex" is a cool bohemian modern beach vibe which brings Cali and Mexico decor in one. The goal is that our guest feel like they are 100% on vacation while they enjoy all the amazing amenities of the home. More pics coming soon. Our guest have access to all the amenities such as pools, entertainment areas on the rooftop and gym. There is also free wifi in the entire building such as lobby, rooftop and apartment. If our guest need any suggestions of what to do or places to go eat we are happy to assist. Our goal is to help provide the best experience for our guests. Hands down the best location in the heart of PV Romantic Zone. The apartment is in a secure and welcoming neighborhood. There are many boutique shops, inspiring art galleries, delicious local restaurants, lively bars, and the famous sparkling beaches all within easy walking distance. Explore comfortably and discover your piece of Beautiful Mexico. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and down to earth. Getting around is easy. Just a short walk. The area has no hikes up any mountains or stairs. Ubers are also available in Puerto Vallarta and are very inexpensive. Relax and Enjoy! :)

Exceptional Oceanfront Condo by a Private Beach

The condo is in Sierra del Mar at Los Arcos. Very private and secure with lush gardens. There are only 28 condos in the complex and private homes. The condo has US Dish tv in media room and both bedrooms, vonage phone, and wifi. Our condo building only has 10 condos with its own heated salt water pool and hot tub. Guest are able to choose from the pool in front of the condo or at the beach club. The beach club serves breakfast and lunch. Great menu and very low prices. There is a private beach with kayaks, long boards, and life jackets. The beach is served by the wait staff from the beach club or bring your own refreshments. There is a full gym as well. If you want a lot of sun, the beach is best. Pool in front of condo does not get tons of sun. I am available on my cell phone or via e-mail. We also have a concierge which can help with reservations, grocery shopping, cooks, etc. The condo in Puerto Vallarta is situated in a gated and secure complex of 28 condos and private homes. The resort setting makes for a very relaxing vacation. The attached beach club is wonderful with very low prices for breakfast and lunch. The cost for a taxi from airport is approx. $25 usd each way and I have contact info for a taxi or car service. There are buses as well that stop on the highway. We have a garage space for rental car as well.

Vibrant Ocean View Villa with Infinity Pool

Casa Saturno provides a very unique experience to all our guests. Its design and style have both the open air feel of a tropical home and all the luxury of a high end villa. The house is low key yet sophisticated and very spacious. Every guests has private terraces or balconies to enjoy the ocean views and the breezes, the common spaces are very open and connected to the pool and totally elegant yet cozy. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, large closet space, sitting areas, personal safes. The house and pool are fully accessible and totally private and exclusive to the renters. Our manager is available to assist you as needed during your full stay. He lives nearby and is extremely attentive and unobtrusive. Gringo Hill is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Sayulita, just above the main Plaza. The house is extremely convenient and close to everything. The neighborhood is lovely and full of amazing tropical vegetation, beautiful homes, iguanas, and birds. You can walk from our house anywhere you want in Sayulita as well as the beach but if you prefer we an also reserve golf carts for your group. We can help you with reserving your car service to and from the Puerto Vallarta airport, golf cart rental, reservation of various activities, an in house cook and anything else to make your vacation special.
