The home is in a community with controlled access. The house counts with a big yard, perfect to enjoy your vacation. With a 3 minute walking distance private beach. The property is close to other three famous beaches 3-5 minutes away; Puerto Nuevo Vega Baja, Los Tubos, and Mar Chiquita. You can also visit Barceloneta, where you'll enjoy seeing the Christopher Columbus statue (picture enclosed) which is known to be bigger than the Statue of Liberty. Two complete and modern bathrooms, one inside with jets and the other in the pool area plus additional shower. Living room you will find Roku TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. We have board games and pellet barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove and all utensils. It has a cistern, power plant and water filter.

Apartmen is located on a gated comunity of only 12 properties, with access to a beach known as Zarapa.
