Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping spaces. The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Just being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right at the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.
