The house is very spacious, the bathrooms newly remodeled, the hot water fast and no water waste, the very large spaces, all the appliances worked 100% , there was very good equipment of crockery and the amenities very nice! We fully enjoyed our stay !! We would definitely be back.

An excellent option to go with the family, very nice and well maintained, lots of amenities for children and everything is excellently maintained. Impeccable cleanliness, not a single animal in the rooms incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The pool and heating were excellent, it was always warm. They were always attentive to my questions and the pet we brought also had an amazing time. We'll be happy to return, it's a great private paradise.

The house is very nice and very spacious, we were all very comfortable and happy, the pool is a good size, the jacuzzi and the palapa with a barbecue are a plus... we really enjoyed it! Mrs. Mar's attention was very kind and she supported us in everything, and she cooks very delicious food. The house is in a secure subdivision. Everything was great, we'll definitely be back :)

The place is beautiful and very enjoyable, the size of the pool is perfect and the temperature is very enjoyable, the garden is very nice. Just to mention that in the showers the water comes out either very cold or very hot depending on the bathroom. The fridge needs maintenance because it hardly cools. The service provided by the lady who helps is unbeatable, extremely welcoming and with great initiative, we really appreciate her help. My family and I had a great time, we will definitely be back.

Excellent property with many amenities, kitchen with all the utensils for 16 + people. Very manicured green areas, clean pool, super comfortable and highly recommended.

The place is designed for an extraordinary weekend. The grounds are large with lovely trees. The Jacuzzi is at the right temperature all the time. Jose and Berni are a super attentive hosts and ready to handle the smallest detail in your stay. Nayib son Berny and Don Jose is a super young Chef kid who cooks amazing. Super comfortable beds, huge bathrooms. The pool is a perfect size and on one side you can have your whole family on a terrace with all your favorite drinks. Ask Don Jose to make you a campfire and if you're wearing your guitar better. It has an independent terrace bar throughout the house, with a huge HD screen where you can watch your best game or a movie with the whole family. You have a suite that is separate from all other rooms that are ideal for retreat hosts.

Ismael's house is incredible even better than in the photos however I must emphasize that we did not read 100% since it was last moment and we did not realize that it did not have hot water although it was our mistake I think implementing the hot water would be 100/10 everything very nice however fumigating the house would give them the best rating, there were cockroaches and raccoons all over but muzzle!! Outside it is understood but inside the house it is unacceptable because those animals climb everywhere it is disgusting and is very scary to sleep knowing that you can get to bed. Regardless of that, I think it's an amazing property to hang out as a family or with friends. Give her the chance!

The accommodation is identical to the photos, my dogs were very cheerful in the garden, unfortunately due to the weather we could not use the pool but it is very well cared for and clean, I would return but in the hot season to enjoy the pool 100/10. Very attentive to us and our arrival.
