My stay went without any problems, everything as in the photos, clean, tidy, safe. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again. Everything that is advertised and shown in the photos is as it is, and Ana was available at all times.

I am a fan of Lomas de Cocoyoc, we have already had different good experiences and Casa Cardenal was no exception, Mayte's service was always good and Felix was always attentive, he came in the mornings to clean the pool and make sure it was at a good temperature in a very discreet and respectful way, the house is in an excellent location, very comfortable, we were a group of 10 and the pool was the perfect size, the pool temperature was ideal.

The house is very nice, just like the photos, everything is very clean. It has all the cookware. You sleep very comfortably, you don't hear any noise despite being on a small avenue. The pool is a good size for the house and very nice. Mr. Felipe is very formal. The taxi had a hard time finding the address, the street where it is located is narrow but it is in downtown Cuernavaca. Thanks to Mrs. Marcela for her excellent attention and always attentive to everything, thank you very much. We plan to return.

Casa Gabriela is a wonderful haven of art and nature! It has several super interesting spaces to go with your family and spend incredible moments. The subdivision is a very safe place, you can go for a walk at any time and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Gabriela and the service staff were always attentive to any requests.

It is a very nice house, you enjoy the stay without complications. Angie's service, the key holder, is very good, she is always attentive to what you need. We went with our daughters and they came back delighted, it is certainly a good option to enjoy a few days of peace and quiet.

Loved the house! As soon as you enter, you can see the large green area. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. We loved that, despite being all together, everyone has privacy in their own little house. Having 3 bathrooms is a super plus. The barbecue area is amazing for eating together, talking. We paid for the boiler for 2 days and the water was perfect! It rained at night, but just as we paid for it, it felt warm. You have a lot of things nearby, super, Oxxo. The parking area is very large. The lady who welcomes you is very nice and explains everything. 10/10, I will definitely return!

The house is spacious, super comfortable and equipped with everything you need to enjoy to the fullest: clean spaces, very comfortable beds, a delicious pool and ideal corners to relax or live with family. But what really made our stay special was the attention of Eduardo, the host. He is super attentive, friendly and always available to help us with anything. It made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We recommend this house with our eyes closed! We left happy and looking forward to returning soon. Thank you Eduardo for everything! 🌟

Thank you very much Hector for always being available during our stay in the apartment, we loved it, we found everything as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably, we would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Very cozy and perfect for resting, the host is very attentive, you feel at home and there is a place a few meters ahead where you can find food with very good flavor, 100% recommended

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!
