Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

The Farmhouse is on the same property as craft brewery and events venue, Abandon Brewing Company. Perfect for couples, families, groups, and furry friends (pets) who want to get away and enjoy the proximity to award winning wineries and breweries.

Keuka lake is one of the beautiful finger lakes. A crystal clear, cold water glacier lake. 21 miles long, and in some places 185 feet deep. Beautiful views and many excellent wineries surround the lake. Excellent water sports, boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and hiking. Excellent restaurants surround the shoreline. Much fun for all! All seasons are beautiful. Even winter, the warm, new house, surrounded by bare trees and maybe some snow is a very kool place to enjoy life!

There is a large living room, a full eat-in kitchen and an outdoor grill. Extra seating including a dining table and picnic table is available on the deck overlooking the lake. There is a separate rental unit (Keuka Beach House) along the lake that shares the beach and dock, just a one-minute walk down the hill.

Absolutely no hunting or firearms allowed due to liability concerns. No ATVS, UTVS, Motorcycles allowed on trails due to insurance liability. No Parking on grass.
