Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Yates County

Cosy two bedroom apartment at the beautiful Ecovillage at Ithaca. Host very helpful and friendly. Splendid stay!

Elan’s space was very accommodating and comfortable! My partner and I appreciated the privacy and amenities like the outdoor area for coffee and breakfast. We enjoyed learning about and experiencing the eco village, it was quite a treat.

If i could give more than 5 stars I’d give more. Easily 500 star worthy. Great hospitality and very responsive. Felt comfortable and well worth it.

This place is incredibly unique. It's a bed and breakfast located in an eco-village. The actual room is within a shared apartment. The space is attach to the primary house. We only rented the one room which left the other room available for other guests. It might have been a little intimate to share the space if the other room was rented (which it was not). The mini kitchen they have is stocked with fresh snacks. We had access to the hot tub which overlooked the beautiful grounds. If we had more time there are trails and gardens to explore. Thank you for sharing your space.

This is an amazing place to stay. Chickens in the yard, amazing, restaurant quality breakfast every morning. Amazing and knowledgeable hosts who are very accommodating. We came without a plan and they curated multiple days of activities for us based on our tastes. Perfect for couples. We would return in a heartbeat.

This place is very updated in a well established home. The history is rich and yet we got to enjoy all the comforts. Karin’s helpful hints around town were greatly appreciated. But….the breakfast is beyond compare! Worth the trip just for the excellent use of local produce.

Totally recommend Magnolia Place for your stay in the Finger Lakes, New York. Exceptionally clean, great view of Senaca Lake. Mostly very convenient to many wineries & distillery. Restaurants available nearby . Ron & wife ( host) are so personable !!!! Breakfast by Ron was exceptional ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for sure . Definitely will be back !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Snyder’s East Berlin, Pa

Beautiful location with spectacular view of Keuka Lake. It is just far enough removed from the lake that it is a quiet retreat, but within 30 minutes or less from all the attractions. Jeanette and Steven are excellent hosts - very gracious, welcoming and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay!

The Laurentide Inn was perfect for our visit. We were in town for business, but arrived with the adjacent bar/ restaurant open and live music which set the mood for the whole trip. This was surely the most relaxing work trips I've been on, thanks to Marla. She accommodated our diet restrictions each morning. Everything was delicious! Each night be played pool by the fire with a tea. What a way to unwind after a day's work! The bedding was incredibly comfortable, the space extremely clean. She even put out a bottle of wine in our room :-) The terrific location allowed us to easily experience the downtown shops and restaurants. The flowers on the property were just starting to bloom with the sounds of the horse drawn carriages driving by. We truly loved our stay and hope to return. Marla and her husband exceeded our expectations!

Everything was perfect! It was a much needed weekend away for some R&R and wine tour. The location was great because it’s right between Cayuga Lake and Seneca Lake. The room was sparkling clean and everything down to the smallest details were taken care of. The gourmet breakfast were delicious! I love the personal touches of fresh baked goods every evening for snack. Cannot wait to return!!!

Dave and Ashley are AMAZING! Very responsive. Great recommendations from them. Breakfast was out of this world. Very filling. Their house is so clean and the room was everything we could ask for. So many neat things for guests like the upstairs lounge, The snacks that are left out and the coffee, tea and drinks. The bed was great and comfortable. This was the perfect weekend get away for us as we celebrated our anniversary. Will definitely go back if we’re ever in the area again.

Christine’s BNB is amazing. She cares deeply about her home, and ensuring that her guests are cared for. Her homemade breakfast is exceptional. She knows all of the gems in town for delicious food and wine. I wish I lived closer to Christine so we could stay at her space more often. If you’re going to the Finger lakes be sure to stay here!

This was a perfect and quintessential Upstate NY bed and breakfast type lodging. The bed was more comfortable than our one at home and the room was clean and spacious. Virginia was an incredible host, always responding promptly and making herself available for anything through our stay. The location is very close Taughannock Falls and only about a 3 minute drive from Trumansburg restaurants and 15-20 into Ithaca. We would love to stay again and our only gripe might be not getting to see Virginia’s adorable dog, Maggie more ☺️

I don’t give five star reviews much, but this place gets one. I loved this inn. Everything was so clean, comfortable, and convenient. I stayed for two nights while visiting family in the area. Virginia the owner took time to make sure the little things were there to make your stay comfortable. I enjoyed having all-day access to coffee, snacks, and a refrigerator. The breakfast was perfect in the morning - cereal, toast, muffins, fresh fruit, and coffee. She even had almond milk! The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The walls were a little thin, but there were house rules about the noise level, so it was fine once it was bedtime. Virginia made sure to put an extension chord near the bed so you could plug in your phone. Virginia was also very nice to talk to. She was helpful. I will definitely stay here next time I visit the area!

Meeting the host was like meeting your best friend. Breakfast was amazing. She recommended great restaurants and was extremely knowledgeable of the area and things to do. Very peaceful surroundings. Highly recommend. Thank you Catherine 💕🌈

Beautiful place and friendly hosts!

We stayed in a room at 16 Elm for our anniversary. The room and house were exactly as described - beautiful, clean, and quiet. The location was great, perfect for walking to get a cup of coffee in the morning. It was convenient to the wineries, Taughannock Falls, and Ithaca. We took advantage of many of Jes' suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We would definitely come back here and highly recommend 16 Elm to anyone looking for a romantic retreat in the beautiful Finger Lakes!

Our room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. And the bathroom was even beautiful with the antique exposed brick. The inn’s setting is absolutely gorgeous; so peaceful, but yet only minutes away from all Ithaca has to offer. We attended an event in their fabulous barn venue as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better long weekend away. Beautiful! We took a short ride into town, enjoyed a walk at the lake and the farmer’s market. Back in the evening we enjoyed the swing, a walk around the grounds and a visit at the fire pit by the rustling creek to polish off the night. Our food was delicious too, especially breakfast on the weekend. A definite highlight. Hope to return again soon. - M&M

Incredibly well maintained and luxurious historical mansion. Just a few minutes from taughanick falls. Despite the luxury surroundings , we were made to feel right at home. Virginia was very responsive to any questions and anticipated any needs her guests might require. Only possible negative was the proximately to the road, traffic noise starts pretty early.

This was perfect for our long weekend in Geneva. My wife and I were up for my 40th college reunion and wanted to be within walking distance of the Hobart and William Smith Campus. Linda's Inn is a quick (8 minute or less) walk up Pulteney Street to campus. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast room offered a variety of coffees, teas, and breakfast foods (homemade muffins, fresh bagels, cereals and other offerings). The bathroom was beautiful too. We did not use the tub (which looked enticing), but did enjoy the wonderful and spacious shower. Linda was/is a friendly and gracious host. We will definitely keep her Inn in mind for future trips to Geneva.
