Great home in a great location. Very spacious and clean and Corey was very responsive. We had 0 problems with there being a restaurant down stairs. Beautiful views of the bay and a near by field where we watched little kittens playing with each other! It was adorable. We slept great and felt right at home!

Beautiful property, walk down a seaside garden pathway to the beach directly in the backyard. Walk the beach and enjoy a sunset or sunrise. The apartment has everything you need and fully equipped kitchen, there is also a series of markets and we had a great lunch at Robicheaus restaurant right up the road. You will love your stay at Dianne’s place.

Loved our stay at Eric and Dawns beautiful house! A very short distance to the Summerville beach, and the house is well equipped for everything you would need. My kids especially loved the binoculars to look out at the water, and the colouring books left for them.

this was my 2nd year staying there. Pierre is very helpful. went very much out of his way to help us out. I will be staying there again.

This was a perfect place to stay…located along the waterfront, near to restaurants and grocery stores, and also the rail trail. It was very comfortable and quiet. I will certainly look to stay here again!

This place is wonderful! The highlight is definitely the kayaking—we saw seals when we were out on the bay one day!!!—but the place was well stocked, convenient for hiking, cooking, and hanging out. Plus they have an adorable dog named yoda who you can pet if you’d like!

there was a mix up when we first arrived but after contacting was quickly resolved, the place was very nice , clean and definitely worth the price. if I ever make it back to yarmouth I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. as a first time airbnber it was a great experience.

Beautiful spot inside and out. The home is well equipped and spacious. Check in was a breeze and Shelly was very responsive. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are large and had lots of towels. The back deck is lovely with a great view of the lake. Close to town.

We had a struggle with the mortgage company for a home that had purchased near Yarmouth, but this made the hassles easier to deal with and it was a great location to get out and meet our new neighbors

Unbelievable place! This is perfect coastal Maine , so no need to leave property.its close to a great beach , Acadia, and host makes it easy and a wonderful experience!

Immaculate property. No one wanted to leave! Jennifer has thought of everything in this modern, minimalist, beautifully equipped home away from home. We will for certain be back! Thanks for a fantastic weekend.

We loved the beautiful views from almost every window! The house was roomy and clean and worked well for 6. The yard was large, but had goose droppings on it. There was a beautiful town beach called Sandy River Beach a 5 minute drive down the road! And Robert had sand toys and chairs at the house. The property has a practically private beach down a stair/walkway and I loved going to it, but it had sea worn glass on it, so not so good for swimming. My kids still jumped in during high tide. (The glass is mostly at the low tide level.)

Truly a spotless & comfortable "Home Away from Home" in a serene setting. The listing didn't do this charming home justice. Very comfortable beds, great shower, and picture perfect Mainesetting. Perfect escape from beautiful but busy Bar Harbor. Host was very responsive and the home is well equipped. Recommend J.M. Gerrish in nearby Winter Harbor for breakfast. Would stay again!

Loved our stay here. It felt like home and was close to our family so we didn't waste travel time. We also loved the big yard so our kids could play outside.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We are local to NS and love the south shore, the location is between two beautiful beaches and the view from the house was gorgeous. The house itself was clean and spacious, the kitchen was stocked well with supplies to cook and there were plenty of towels, robes, and pillows. Overall our stay was amazing and I can’t think of anything that would’ve made it better!
