Monthly Rentals in Yardley Wood

This was a lovely apartment that was a great space to relax. It was light, airy, peaceful and clean, and there were basic essentials e.g. towels, tea, coffee that was useful. The host was communicative and responded quickly, although I only called once to sort out an issue with the tv. They called me back asap. I would stay again if needed.

Beautifully kitted out was home from home. Kerry & her husband were super friendly they look forward to the business. Superb location for Solihull, Birmingham & surrounding areas, not far from the Stratford upon Avon so great spot. The little pad had everything you need for your stay. Great heating& washer dryer perfect if you’ve been out for walks in the rain or a long day out in the winter. Would highly recommend this air b & b the perfect get away for a single person or couple.

We enjoyed our stay at Mike’s house. Mike communicated well with us as we placed a short notice booking due to our house having building work done. We know the area well and it suited our needs very well. Having a secure private garden and gate directly onto the golf course for our dog was perfect. The large well-equipped kitchen and excellent bathroom were great.

Lovely place to stay. Quirky, personal decor & items added to the charm. Super comfortable bed. Warning! If you’re trying to diet it’s the wrong place! Amerah has the kitchen packed with sweets, crisps, all sorts of foods & coffees & best of all Monster Munch which I hadn’t had in decades!
