Welcome to peace and tranquility at Hello Ocean! On the bluff overlooking Holiday Beach, this modern home is luxuriously nestled in the coastal pines. With two large balconies facing the ocean there is ample room to take in the breathtaking views with friends and family! Have a soak in either of the two ocean facing hot tubs, each with their own outdoor shower. When the day is done, have the best sleep of your life in the organic latex mattresses and silky bamboo sheets.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

You are steps away from great restaurants, shops, art galleries, many activities/sights…. and of course…. THE BEACH!!! (Our condo is next door to the public beach access at “Nye Beach Turnaround”. closer than any other building in the area).

Come to historic Nye Beach in the heart of Newport ! Our little cottage is a short walk to anything you want; the beach, Newport Performing Arts Center, brew pubs and restaurants, and an array of quaint boutiques. The cottage is completely furnished with a full sized kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a jetted tub/shower in the bathroom. It has a memory foam King size bed. Also a private deck off the bedroom.
