Steep stairs and height restrictions. My husband is 6’1 and the apex ceiling is just high enough. If you have mobility issues the upstairs may not be suitable for you. Downstairs is a small double sofa bed for 2 kids or 1 adult , single sofa along with a newly fitted bathroom and rustic kitchen. No cooker there is a microwave

Great location for the South Downs National Park. We are close to some glorious beaches like Littlehampton (East & West Beach), Felpham, Bognor Regis & The Witterings.
