I always use it when I go to Korea. It was a pleasant place because it was so comfortable and kind.

It was a pity that it rained a lot, but the lawn that I ran on for a bit before going back was so pretty. There are plenty of dishes, and there is no shortage of cooking utensils such as pots and frying pans. They even turned on the hot water mat in advance since I was with my babies, and I had a warm and fun stay:)

We had a fantastic experience staying at Joe’s place. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly attentive and responsive to anything we needed. What really stood out was how helpful he was when we found ourselves in a bit of a tricky situation with an unexpected extra night in the city — Joe went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and we’re so grateful for his support. It’s rare to find a host who’s not only responsible but genuinely cares about their guests’ experience. The apartment itself is in a great location with tonnes of bars and restaurants nearby. It’s also well connected by bus and train so you can get around the city with ease. Highly recommend staying at Joe’s place—you’ll be in great hands!

This location was perfect for my needs and requirements for semi long stay (1 week) 1. Location: Short walking distance from bus stop (> 5min) and subway station (15 min). Cab drivers didn’t have issue finding this location using the full address. It can be little confusing at first but once you get a hang of it, you’ll love this place for the convenience having accesses to many stores, bars and restaurants or nearby cities for exploration. 2. Cleanness: it was very clean and cozy apartment. I felt right at home. 3. Communication: Joe was helpful and quick in response. Also clear instructions were helpful. 4. Overall: I think it was a gem for me to find this place in the last minute. I’m looking forward to staying here again for my next visit. And please meet Tommy the doggo!

Perfect as a family gathering

Thank you for hosting our family, we were happy with our stay and wish we could stay longer.

It was my first family trip after my nephew was born, and I want to go again next time. It was so good to hear the sound of the water in the valley while barbecuing. And the house was very clean, so my mom loved it.

From before the reservation to after check-in, the owner's kind and detailed guidance allowed me to comfortably enjoy the process of check-in. It's a huge space in the picture, but it's actually more pleasant and spacious, and the facilities are well organized and tidy. It's great to come as a group and enjoy it, and you can enjoy everything from barbecue to board games, karaoke machines, and TV. If you visit on a nice day, there's a terrace and a rooftop space, so it's even better to enjoy.

I wanted to have a good time with my kids in the last week of the vacation, so I booked it urgently and visited. Seongcheol's place was more tranquil and healing than expected. The family gathered and had a really happy time, and there were plenty of rooms, so I stayed without any inconvenience. It was a healing time to see the children playing freely in nature and laughing.

We much enjoyed our stay in a refined and very confortable house with any equipment that you may wish. Our host was extremely reactive and a great help for any concern. We much appreciated his flexibility and kindness for the early arrival. Also the neighborhood is charming, it is like a village, and close to an amazing park. We truly recommend this Korean experience

It was located in a quiet area, so everyone was able to spend a relaxing time peacefully like at home.

Allowed us to check-in early so we could start skiing in the morning. Very prompt with questions and responses. Definitely recommend

The apartment lies in Itaewon. It is to recommend getting off the Yongan elementary school bus station - around 10 minutes walk to the apartment. With all bus lines you get easily to the city center. The Noksapyeong station Line 6 is the closest metro station to the apartment - around 15 - 20 minutes by walk. Be aware that you have to walk up to get to the apartment and it can get a little bit steep since the area is hilly. The room and the bathroom was fine and clean. The host was hospitable. The apartment is to recommend.
