My stay was excellent. The place is as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and well located. The communication with the host was prompt and friendly at all times. I would definitely stay here again and I totally recommend it to other travelers visiting Arequipa

An apartment with everything you can expect to feel at home, it is cozy with two bedrooms and a well-equipped bathroom. The kitchen is large and very practical, we felt right at home, but what makes the difference in these places is the speed and warmth of M. Raquel and her mother, excellent, very attentive. We'll be back for sure if we return to Arequipa soon!!

Absolutely recommended. One of the best places I have booked in Airbnb. This beautiful duplex has everything you need, is spacious, comfy, and has good taste. By the other hand, Lily is a wonderful person, very kind, always attentive and willing to help with any issue. Great choice!!!

We spent two weeks in Jonathan's apartment, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. What we like most is the beautiful patio with garden of the apartment and the community with many shops and services of all kinds. I would suggest adding more dishes and utensils for large families.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place from the first day to the last. In fact we extended multiple times, because we felt that there would be no better place to recharge our "travel batteries". All the staff was super friendly and even though there we're sometimes difficulties in communication (due to our bad spanish) they always did their best to help us out and made us feel warm and welcomed.

We loved our stay at Bella AQP! It was so clean & comfortable and INCREDIBLY close to all the main city attractions! The staff was so kind and very accommodating to any & all of our needs! The rooftop terrace is very unique and much better than we expected! The complementary breakfast was delicious as well - We will definitely be returning to stay here again!

I totally recommend staying at Bertha’s place. The area is very safe and private, walking distance from Yanahuara city centre. The house felt very home-like from the beginning, someone waited for us and showed us around. The communication with the host was always friendly and efficient. Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment with LOTS of closets BUT you need to be aware of a few items. Accurate listing photos but it would be nice if they shared a few more (front balcony with a nice table for 2 with chairs, the view of the park from the balcony, view of the interior courtyard of the building). Our unit was located on the 4th floor so many steps as no elevator. Once you reach the top, you feel like it was worth the effort! If you are a light sleeper, then this is DEFINITELY not the place for you! Not all the windows in the bedroom have curtains so once the sun is up, you have plenty of sunshine. Windows are not soundproof-street noise, dogs barking & the DAMN DOORBELL are a problem! The building's loud gate ringer is located in the housekeeper's room which is right beside your bedroom! If someone wants to buzz in at 7AM or 1AM, you will hear it! Housekeeper is at the property during the day & Security Guard at night. Gate key should be provided which we asked for!

Highly recommendable! Very nice, clean room. Hot water, private balcony with good view of the city. Very sweet and helpful host family. 20 minute walk from the main square. Would stay again.

As all the previous reviews have said, Alvaro is a fantastic host. Warm, humble, friendly and helpful. Even though we shared kitchen and lounge areas, he gave us lots of space making us feel very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Having a washing machine and a big smart TV was also such a luxury for a long term travellers like us. Oh and the views from kitchen, bedroom and terrace are spectacular. The city centre is easily accessible by Uber for around 8 soles. We could find everything that we needed to cook from small local shops just few minutes walk. Thank you for sharing your home Alvaro!
