There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

I liked my stay very much, felt like home. I was working remotely from Arsiras appartement to escape the grey weather in Europe, would highly recommend! Very much enjoyed the Pool area, too!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location was convenient—close to both Lotus and Central shopping centres—yet quiet and away from the busy tourist areas, which I really appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with two air conditioning units, a lovely balcony, and everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It had a great vibe, and the building staff were friendly and helpful. The communal facilities were excellent. I especially enjoyed the well-maintained gym, swimming pool, and sauna—perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. The host was amazing: friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Communication was smooth, and I felt very well looked after. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped apartment in Bangkok. I’d gladly stay here again!
