The Heron Cottage was built in 1914 and was part of a network of small farms that existed in what was then the hinderlands of Portland. Now it's an urban vest pocket neighborhood with easy access to a regional hospital, light rail, bus routes and freeways. This is a pedestrian neighborhood with very narrow streets. Perfect location, walkable to great restaurants, shopping and street car. The house was super cozy and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the neighborhood, parking was super easy and really didn’t even need a car. Would love to stay there again.

This little trailer was absolutely so cozy and delightful. I loved waking up to hearing some rain on it one morning of my stay. The shower had great pressure and warmed up really quick. The location was really close to lots of different things. Rebecca even had a lovely little binder full of recommendations of places to look at and visit. All in all I had a delightful stay and would definitely visit here again.

I felt right at home here! Susan's place was wonderful. There is everything you could possibly need for a stay. The backyard felt like I was remote and in the woods, very private and a wonderful space. I would highly recommend this to anyone for a nice getaway.

A few of my favorites: 1. That bed, linens and feather pillows and comforter was luxurious! 2. You think of all the amenities a girl needs - body wash, shampoo & conditioners, wholesome lotions to face wipes. 3. The kitchen is stocked every thing one would need for a weekend away. 4. Lots of eateries and shops within walking distance. 5. That water feature brings absolute peace and comfort. Thank you, thank you!! I loved everything about this hotel.

This house was an excellent house! Carolina was excellent host! We had another booking at another airbnb that didn’t work out after a long drive to Oregon, so we had to look for another one at the spot.. Thankfully as soon as we messaged Carolina about the availability of her house she instantly replied and made everything smooth and easy! Everything was thought of, she was very communicative. The house was excellent and had everything possibly needed very well stocked! Very clean very nice! Accidentally locked ourselves out and Carolina was so kind to take her time and help us out! Excellent host and excellent house!! Loved all the attention she put into making a child feel at home with all the stuff made available for kids 🩷
