we had a wonderful relaxing stay at Carol's Little Beach house. Bev was very comfortable with a beautiful view of Red Rock Park and the river. A beautiful relaxing quiet house. We wish we had more time as 1 day isn't enough.

Danika's place, with both ocean views and river glimpses, made for a really relaxing place to spend a few days. Its location meant a 10 step walk to the beach for sunrise and we loved hearing the waves all day. The kitchen was well equipped and while small, had plenty of space for 2 plus dog. Only drawback is the foot traffic and occasional car right outside but you do get used to it pretty quickly. Definitely will return to Wooli (if only for the nearby Minnie Waters General Store!).

perfect holiday stay for a family. Views, beach access, lawn to play on and the lock up garage for surf boards and bikes was a major bonus. Relaxed from the very first moment and already planning our next visit.

Perched across the road from the beach with stunning views from every window. So many thoughtful sitting nooks to capture the view and sea breeze. High end fittings and fixtures paired with earthy decor made for a luxe yet homely getaway. Our kids played endlessly on the lawn out front and sweet little play area and hammock. Easy walk to beach and general store. The adult loan bikes were a great addition for the morning coffee dash down to the general store. Can’t fault this property and location. Thanks Michael.

Amazing place, stones throw from the beach and calm inlet for kids to swim. We will be back. Cant recommened the location, house and host enough.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The house has had a massive refurb and made the place so much bigger and even better. The pictures DO NOT do the place justice. From the moment you first communicate with Raymond and Julieann to the moment you check out this house and the experience of being in Broomshead will never disappoint you. There is nothing you need to bring except yourself, some clothes and food. Everything else is provided including the welcome eggs, milk, bread, butter, coffee and tea supplies. My family loves staying here and compared to the other places in Brooms that we have stayed over the years this is number 1 by a mile. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this house again. We were even granted an early check in before noon. Well done Raymond and Julieann you have an amazing place.

We loved our stay here! Such a lovely, comfortable airy beach house!. We highly enjoyed being so close to the dog beach, the generous yard, outdoor furniture with bbq. The inside decor of the house is very well taken care of and well stocked. The renovated bathroom is very fresh. We would love to come back soon.

This Airbnb and its location are perfect for a family getaway. Everything was just what we needed for the trip, including the recreation and leisure. Could not have asked for a better combination of accommodation and location. The kids absolutely loved it, too. Eva was quick to respond to any questions or concerns and was helpful with arrangements. Definitely recommend staying at this gem of a beachside location.

We stayed at this Airbnb for three weeks during a stressful yet exciting time, preparing for Cyclone Alfred. The house was incredibly dog-friendly, with everything needed to make our dogs feel welcome, plus a big fenced yard for them to enjoy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. A special highlight was the lovely elderly neighbor who kindly brought us fresh-caught fish. The well-stocked pantry was a great bonus. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return!

We had great stay at Yamba. The place is very new and modern and their was lots of space for our family of 5. The plunge pool was a hit with the kids and not too cold for April. Good location, was very close to an unpatrolled beach and the main patrolled beach wasn't too far away either.

We had a wonderful stay at Sojourn, the home was beautifully decorated and made perfectly comfortable to be a home away from home, having everything one needs from nice comfy beds to very well stocked kitchen utensils. The pool is lovely and a perfect way to spend time when not on the beach. The home is situated right across the road from a beautiful quiet stretch of beach and there are scenic walks up the headland on the far side and loads of rock pools to explore, There is lots to do within a short drive of you feel the need to get into your car. Woolies delivers to the area which was a great way to arrange our starter groceries. Highly recommend a holiday in this gorgeous home, they have the thought of everything for you so you can simply arrive and enjoy!

Wonderful place for a large group to stay. Spacious living areas, clean & lots of equipment (kitchen goods, towels etc) for lots of guests. Good for kids & close to the main strip of town. A fantastic space + 4.99999/5 - wish there was aircon in all rooms + tiles around the pool were very slippery.

Enjoyed our stay. Place had plenty of room for all of us. Hosts were easy to deal with, and nothing was a problem. We loved having the pool, spent hours in there. Easy walk to the boat ramp. Enjoyed the walk along the foreshore to go for dinner. Neighbours were also lovely and helpful.

Such a beautiful designed and throughout space. So peaceful and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Sweet Yamba Pad! 🏠✨ The location is unbeatable - perfectly nestled between Main Street and the Pacific Hotel, making it easy to enjoy everything Yamba has to offer. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing beach holiday. The large deck with BBQ was our favourite spot for morning coffees and evening drinks! Beds were super comfortable, and despite being so central, the one-way street kept things peaceful and quiet. Being pet-friendly was a huge bonus too! 🐾 Can't wait to come back for another perfect beach getaway! Thanks for a wonderful stay. 🌊🌴

A beautiful, spacious home that suited a family get together perfectly. All those extra special touches made it a perfect stay. A fully equipped kitchen, an amazing bathtub and so much room made for a great time away. The Pictionary game was an hoot and hopefully the laughter from this didn’t disturb the neighbours 🫣🤣🤣🤣. Really nice clean place walking distance to everywhere. Bed was so comfortable and hot shower was the best .Nice view . Highly recommend

Stayed with my wife and son for a few days. The house was, clean, bright, well layed out and our son loved the selection of books and movies on offer. We were discussing coming back before we left. Stu was such a great host, really understanding of a circumstance on our end that nearly changed our date selection and to be honest we could not be more satisfied on the entire experience. Hope to stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to stay again soon. The home is perfect for families and was very comfortable for 2 families staying together. The house is only meters from the beach with really easy beach access and we fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves every night. Kitchen was well stocked, but bring your own knives if you want to cook anything

The property itself was exactly as described. It was immaculately clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The little details, like fresh towels, tea & coffee plus snacks, made all the difference. We especially appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere – it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle.

We enjoyed our week at the beach "shack". The house was comfortable, and I used the day bed on the front verandah every day. We didn't use the deck or BBQ as it was a bit cool. The kitchen made it easy to do our own meals, as the takeaway closes very early and you can only eat at the bowls club so many times (great food though if you like Turkish). We loved the location across from the estuary, close to the shop and walking tracks. Red Rock is a peaceful and beautiful location. The only issue was one bar of cell coverage inside the house, which didn't always provide enough internet to be useful, although it was solved by sitting on the back step - great if you want to disconnect, but I wouldn't plan on doing any real work on a laptop. We'd stay again for sure and can highly recommend it.

The location is perfect, everything was within walking distance and we had water views, the house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay.
