Seasonally heated outdoor pool; hygiene maintenance is provided by the professional company Diverysey. Breakfast is included in the price at our hotel restaurant Saman Köyiçi. 🪄 Note: There may be minor differences in square footage and design details between our villas, but each offers the same comfort and quality standards.

Luxury, four-storey villa on the ridges of Yalova with sea and greenery views. The villa has air conditioning and heating in every room. There are 2 bathrooms and 4 toilets in the house where 8-10 people can easily stay. There are also all kinds of kitchen utensils in the structure with a garden area surrounded by greenery. 1 hour from Sabiha Gokcen airport and 2 hours from Istanbul New Airport. Our reservation prices are not valid for special days holidays and New Years.

There is a kitchen, air conditioning, heating system, television and high-speed Internet. All the items you may need are available. It is a perfect place to spend a complete holiday.
