Great place to stay and really close to Kos town. Beaches are walkable distance away and so are the archaeological sites! The bed was amazingly comfy and lovely outdoor seating. Only thing we would improve is the WiFi didn’t stretch to the bedroom but we weren’t too bothered and I’m sure the host would have sorted it if we asked! It’s by a busy road too, so can get noisy if that bothers you - didn’t bother us much! We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay, thankyou :)

Petros has a fantastic place to stay right in the middle of Kos Town. All restaurants, the harbor, old town and beaches are within walking distance. Petros is extremely helpful and even drove us to the ferry. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing host and amazing place. Taner was very responsive and the house is amazing. We had a lot of fun and we will for sure comeback again.

Yer olarak çok merkezi bir konumda, aynı zamanda izole, mahremiyet konusunda da hiç sıkıntı olmuyor. Melis hanım bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Önceden rica ettiğimiz her şeyi sağlamıştı. Evin içinde ihtiyaç duyulan mutfak eşyaları tamdı. Her odada klima olması ısınma açısından muhteşemdi asla üşümedik. Ayrıca Melis hanımın annesi bize tatlı bile getirdi çok naziklerdi. Otopark sorunu da yok onu da ayarlıyorlar. Yine gelirsek kalacağımız yer burası.

Bodrum’da konaklamaya karar verirseniz tam olarak doğru adrestesiniz. Nihan hanım misafirperverliği, pırıl pırıl evi ile ihtiyacınız olan bütün sorunları önceden öngörerek muhteşem bir deneyim yaşamamızı sağladı. Evin konumunun merkeziliği öte yandan merkezi konuma rağmen izole olması bizi çok memnun etti. Çok güzel bir aile tatili yapabildik. Her türlü ihtiyaç en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü, denize yürüme mesafesindeydi, havuz keyfi yapabilmek de ekstra eğlenceliydi, yemyeşil bir bahçe kuş sesleri özenle dizayn edilmiş bir ev. Nihan hanıma çok teşekkür ediyor, Turgutreis’e gelenler için bu güzel konaklama imkanını kaçırmamalarını öneriyorum.

My family of 3 greatly enjoyed the beautiful villa. The space was very ample with nicely appointed kitchen. The clean private pool was steps away. The location is also very advantageous: close to beach clubs, sports attractions, food markets, bus stops and a taxi station. Our hosts, Yildiray and his daughter, were always in touch and helpful with any questions/issues. It was a pleasure to meet them both. I would definitely recommend their place.

Our stay in this house left only pleasant impressions! 🏡✨ The house is very cozy and the panoramic view is just magical - every morning started with stunning scenery that lifted our spirits. 🌅 There were some minor comments on the quality of cleaning upon check-in, but the host responded instantly and organized a re-cleaning, so the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, the host was incredibly responsive: promptly helped with any issues, ordered extra blankets and comforter covers, cleaned the pool and even fixed the air conditioning. Was always on call and responded almost instantly. 📞 All in all, the vacation was comfortable and we were pleased with both the house itself and the attentiveness of the host. Thank you for your hospitality! 💙

We had to make a last min booking to change our accommodation mid holiday. And they were very helpful. I wish we stayed in Nuran’s boutique hotel all of our holiday. They are all very friendly, experienced and hands on. The place is very well equipped, super clean. Bathroom etc amazingly done. The renovation was done tastefully. They kept asking if we need anything. Communal areas are lovely to chill. Pool is big enough to have a quick dip and great for kids. Location is superb. They have their regulars which they all became like family. All the amnesties incl chemist, a mid size supermarket and lovely restaurants are around the corner but you still get a village feel. Sea is good, great for kids, shallow start and lots to look at. You can use any of the restaurants sun beds and umbrellas as long as you eat there. They are all friendly. There are also public sections, free to use with sun beds and shades. I will definitely be going back to Nuran’s boutique hotel.

The place was amazing for the kind of stay we were looking for. They offered more than what we had imagined while we were there and were also extremely helpful in recommending places for us to go to, make the bookings as well as organise groceries and taxis. Would most definitely recommend this property to others and hope to stay there again in the future myself.

We loved the pool, and the tranquility of the place. If you need some time of from Daily stress I highly recommend this place. Yanki is a very good host, and always replied fast. We are very happy with our stay in the stone villa.

Уютный и просторный дом с приватной территорией. Все очень понравилось. Из минусов могу отметить только нестабильный интернет, но хозяин дома постоянно был на связи и помогал решить проблемы.

We loved this house. House was clean and all AC machines were working. There were so many towels alao for beach. There was always hot water. Host Mehmet was very kindly and friendly. If we will have a chance to come Bodrum again, we will select this house again for sure. We highly recommend this house.

TOP TOP TOP 🔝 Great house , well equipped ,clean, calm and secure ! in 10’ you can reach Bodrum marina/ center by taxi 100TL (4$). Very good location for shopping , 5’ walking to reach the OASIS mall , 12’ by taxi to reach the big mall “Midtown “. They are 3 restaurants (Turkish cuisine ) just 3’ walking distance from the house .Supermarket and mini market (open 24/7). Selin is always available for any info, query and help !! She advised us different locations for lunch / dinner and beach in turquoise water . Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommend place .

Tam fiyat performans evi hatta fiyatının üstünde bir yer. Tam bir ay kaldım dahada kalabilirdim. Çok güzel dostluklar kurdum gerek ev sahibi gereksede komşular minettarım hepsine..

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht von den beiden Terrassen aus. Ein schickes und sauberes Haus, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Ich habe mich schon bereits am ersten Tag wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ayşegül ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sie ist sehr kommunikativ, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Dank ihrer Tips für die nähere Umgebung hatte ich einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Bodrum. Vielen Dank für alles Ayşegül.😊

Wir waren 2 Tage im traumhaften Tipi- Haus. Leider war es für die nächsten Tage ausgebucht, sonst hätten wir unseren Aufenthalt definitiv verlängert. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus, sowie der Whirpool und der Pool waren extrem sauber. Die Gastfreundlichkeit von Yurda und ihrem Mann sind bewundernswert. Wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist idyllisch und ruhig. Die anwesenden Hunde sind sehr liebenswert. Das Grundstück hat genügend Platz für mehrere PKWs die man direkt und sicher vor dem Haus abstellen kann. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft von Yurda mit bestem Gewissen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Alles in einem war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Danke für alles und bis nächstes Jahr. Batin& Gina
