It takes just an hour to get here from Sofia or Plovdiv, and the Borovets ski resort is only forty minutes away. We are located right next to the oldest Orthodox church in the region. Additionally, there are many mineral water hot springs and spas nearby.

We are located in the Predela area 15 km from Bansko, it has 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 sofa beds on the first, a total capacity of 10 people and 2 baby cribs. The house has a sauna and a 5-person Jacuzzi. A large yard and outdoor barbecue are available. Fully equipped kitchen - coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and toaster and dishwasher. The pool is seasonal and operates from July to mid-September.
