This home can accommodate 4 guests and it is in a great area to begin your adventure. It is located on the westside within a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway or downtown area within minutes. We have furnished the home with comfortable furnishings that blend nicely with the architecture and encourage relaxation. Everything that you might need for a pleasant stay has been provided. Upon arrival you will enter entry foyer leading to the living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room is furnished with a large sectional couch and one accent chair for encouraged relaxation. You can enjoy watching movies on a 55” smart TV with blue ray player, free Netflix or stream your favorite movies via our free Wi-Fi. The dining room is open to the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices/herbs/coffee, cookware, glassware and dinnerware and coffee maker everything you may need is provided. Just grab your groceries and you’re set to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. There is a laundry facility in the unit with a washer and dryer and we do supply basic laundering supplies. Each of the two queen sized bedrooms are furnished with two night stands with two lamps, a dresser with large closets. The two bedrooms are located up six stairs and share a common full bathroom. Our bathrooms are fully supplied with fine bath linens, body soap, shampoo, condition, and liquid hand soap/lotion with hair dryers for the convenience of our guests. A private patio with beautiful back backyard where you can enjoy the bluebirds or view the night lights of the town from the dining room. There is off street parking and this unit is family friendly with child gate, play-n-pack and a highchair. Must climb stairs to enter this duplex home. Private rear patio has furniture, BBQ, and a sparkling clean private hot tub. A very open, sunny 1400sf accommodates up to 7 guests or a few more with prior approval. NOTE: Suncadia does *not* allow access to their pools for our guests and they do not offer day passes. All other resort amenities open to all guests.

Kid Friendly Cabin with Mother-in-law and Hot Tub!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The main house has a loft with 86" TV with Bose, large fireside dining room, open kitchen, and 1 master and twin bed room all on the main floor. The bottom floor has another living room, game room, and another master! Steps away is the mother-in-law cabin that feels like a hotel room! 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa bed fill this 500 sqft unit. Enjoy your own private bath and small private kitchen. Lots of great zones on this property!

Family friendly Urban Homestead

This family friendly home was built in 1917 and has lots of character. It’s on a large lot in town with a fenced yard and chickens. The yard is almost entirely edible and native food forests with a jungle gym in the back yard. There are also several house plants - in the summer time this place is a jungle! There is a friendly cat that helps himself in and out of the inside porch area via a cat door. Come have fun with your family at this unique Ellensburg home. It’s also pet friendly! No Wifi

Bring the whole family for hiking, biking, running, water sports, snow sports, amazing local restaurants, winery and night life. Lake Cle Elum is a reservoir and water levels vary throughout the year. Spring to mid summer the water is up to my trail with no beach. Mid summer to winter a beautiful beach is in front of you to drive, quad, snowmobile or play volleyball and frisbee on. The best of both worlds year round.

The stay at this house was simply amazing! The views were incredible, and the house exceeded all expectations – it looks even better than in the photos. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, with attention to the smallest details. We are very grateful for such a wonderful experience and would gladly return again!

If you want a winter wonderland this is the place to book. The house was beautiful, spacious and a well equipped kitchen We came for our work team retreat and this was perfect. We used the fireplace outside, the big table in the inside and the living room area As a group of 8 and a little dog the space was perfect for us. Please consider the snow and your comfortability with it: We came in December. Once we got closer ( probably the last 30 mins of the drive) if your are not experienced driver in the snow this might make you a bit nervous. The roads were super icy as we were coming in Make sure you bring a good vehicle that is ready for this type of weather. The house is on a hill and we were too afraid to drive up the hill where the house was. There is a parking area down the hill. We parked there and had to haul our things up the hill to the house which was quiet a workout. There were sleights to bring stuff up but it was definitely a workout but honestly worth it !

Had an amazing time staying here for a winter trip. The living space/kitchen setup was amazing and feels very cozy. The view was amazing whether being in the cabin or outside on the deck and even in the hot tub. Would definitely love to book again in the summer and go on scenic hikes.

The home was beautiful and clean. It was super comfortable, we felt right at home. The views were also amazing! Perfect place to stargaze at night. We loved the privacy but also that it was a quick drive into town. Casey was very responsive and accommodating! Would love to come back in the summer.

Tom and Kate’s cabin was completely tranquil. Tucked into a private, gated community but you had complete privacy and couldn’t see any other houses from their cabin. It was quiet, peaceful and spotless. The cabin had everything we would need and our kids absolutely loved the swings and bunk beds! Very family friendly! Kate was incredibility communicative and easy to connect with. We would love to stay here again!
