Sergey is an impeccable host. He has anticipated everything you need for a pleasant stay. The cool coming from the forest made the hot summer day very pleasant. Barbecues are handy to use. The yurts offer peace, tranquility and coziness, in beautiful nature, they detach completely from the concrete of the city.

A charming chalet exterior is framed by well-maintained gardens featuring lush greenery and flowering plants. A stone path leads to a welcoming porch, which is adorned with potted plants. A yellow-accented chair and small table are positioned on the grass for relaxed outdoor seating.

A very nice and unique place, usually you could find either low-maintenance properties or plastic style luxury. This place is surprising they took the authentic atmosphere to the limit. Our young children enjoyed the variety of instruments, barrels, and other antiques, we liked the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. But you have to take into consideration that it is a Bulgarian village, nobody speaks English and nothing is written in English, you have to have a car to get there.

We enjoyed a lot to stay in Ivanka's home. The house looks even better than in the pictures. We found everything needed for our stay. The beach can be easily reached by car in 20-25 minutes. Also, for those who like to see other places, not far is the submarine and glass museum and the stone forest.

The kitchenette features wooden cabinetry and a countertop with essential appliances like a microwave and ceramic stove. A small dining table is set with a bowl of fruit and two chairs, while large glass doors allow natural light to fill the space.

A really great place to stay. We were there for a work trip and it was the perfect place to stay. Really clean and a lovely design. There is no view really, because of the neighbourhood but they managed to make the balcony cute and cozy. May be the only thing that bothered us a little was the parking. Our car is not a jeep thus when trying to get down the slope our car got dragged. However there is plenty of space outside of the hotel. Overall the place was great, we were really surprised by the organisation. Everything was easy to reach, an app that tells you everything - restaurants, taxi, order in, breakfast. Recommend!

Traditional rustic bulgarian house

We were looking for a quiet house, in the countryside, with a large garden for two small children. Nina's house proved to be what we expected, even during the winter fort. When the water froze, a plumber was immediately sent by the owner to fix the problem; and the wood stove kitchen was a wonderful experience. The place is perfect for resting, reading, walking in a modest village, certainly, but very welcoming, to the warm locals. Shops within walking distance, including a very pleasant cafe-restaurant. Special mention to the neighbor, Stanka, always available, a beautiful soul. We left with regret. A pearl of AirBnb.

Very good accommodation. No kitchen but it was advertised. A microwave and cups for breakfast. Just missing teaspoons and knives. Very welcoming host. It was noted in the listing that car rental was possible. Actually no, but he helped us find a car rental so great. Really good. Thanks again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was seamless with clear instructions provided ahead of time, making our arrival stress-free. We especially loved the quiet balcony with its shaded seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, just 200 meters from a supermarket, bakery, café, and fast food options—everything you could possibly need within walking distance. We highly recommend this apartment for a peaceful and convenient stay!

The great place for resting with friends or family in quite place far away from city noise. Good communication with owner, we even took the transfer from nearest railway station to the house. There are several shops to buy all necessary things near the house (could pay by card and cash). The house is big, light and have a lot of common places to spend time. Thanks Snezhanna for making feel us welcome.

It was just great. It was immaculately clean, spacious, where the photos were real. Within walking distance to the Center, there is a police station next to it and 7 minutes drive to the immigration place. But the comfort and cleanliness of the house was especially important to us. Nice place for a short stay in Shumen. I stayed one night on my way from Varna to Ruse. Although Vanyo took some time time to reply to my initial message, all good in the end, and when I called, I was immediately let into the guest house by a coworker.
