A very nice and unique place, usually you could find either low-maintenance properties or plastic style luxury. This place is surprising they took the authentic atmosphere to the limit. Our young children enjoyed the variety of instruments, barrels, and other antiques, we liked the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. But you have to take into consideration that it is a Bulgarian village, nobody speaks English and nothing is written in English, you have to have a car to get there.

We enjoyed a lot to stay in Ivanka's home. The house looks even better than in the pictures. We found everything needed for our stay. The beach can be easily reached by car in 20-25 minutes. Also, for those who like to see other places, not far is the submarine and glass museum and the stone forest.

Two modern yurts are set amidst green landscape, featuring wooden doors and conical roofs. A gravel path winds between them, surrounded by trees and open fields, creating a serene outdoor environment.

Сергей е безупречен домакин. Предвидил е всичко необходимо за приятен престой. Прохладата идваща от гората, направи горещия летен ден много приятен. Барбекютата са удобни за употреба. Юртите предлагат тишина, спокойствие и уют, сред красива природа, откъсват те напълно от бетона на града.

A really great place to stay. We were there for a work trip and it was the perfect place to stay. Really clean and a lovely design. There is no view really, because of the neighbourhood but they managed to make the balcony cute and cozy. May be the only thing that bothered us a little was the parking. Our car is not a jeep thus when trying to get down the slope our car got dragged. However there is plenty of space outside of the hotel. Overall the place was great, we were really surprised by the organisation. Everything was easy to reach, an app that tells you everything - restaurants, taxi, order in, breakfast. Recommend!

Nous cherchions une maison calme, dans la campagne, avec un grand jardin pour deux petits enfants. La maison de Nina s'est révélée à la hauteur de nos attentes, même au fort de l'hiver. Quand l'eau a gelé, un plombier a aussitôt été envoyé par la propriétaire pour résoudre le problème; et la cuisine au poêle à bois fut une merveilleuse expérience. L'endroit est parfait pour se reposer, lire, marcher dans un village modeste, certes, mais très accueillant, aux habitants chaleureux. Commerces accessibles à pied, dont un café-restaurant très agréable. Mention spéciale à la voisine, Stanka, toujours disponible, une belle âme. Nous sommes partis à regret. Une perle d'AirBnb.

Logement très bien. Pas de cuisine mais c'était annoncé. Un micro onde et tasses permettant de prendre petit déjeuner. Manque juste des petites cuillères et couteaux. Hote très accueillant. Il était noté dans l'annonce possibilité location de voiture. En fait non, mais il nous a aidé à trouver une location de voiture donc super. Vraiment bien. Encore merci.

We especially loved the quiet balcony with its shaded seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, just 200 meters from a supermarket, bakery, café, and fast food options—everything you could possibly need within walking distance. The great place for resting with friends or family in quite place far away from city noise. Good communication with owner, we even took the transfer from nearest railway station to the house. There are several shops to buy all necessary things near the house (could pay by card and cash). The house is big, light and have a lot of common places to spend time. Thanks Snezhanna for making feel us welcome.

Nice place for a short stay in Shumen. I stayed one night on my way from Varna to Ruse. Although Vanyo took some time time to reply to my initial message, all good in the end, and when I called, I was immediately let into the guest house by a coworker.
