Vacation rentals in Xuan Thoi Thuong

Probably the best place to stay in the city. Ben, the ladies at reception, the cleaning ladies, everyone is great. Safe area, close to a lot of cool stuff.

This is a peaceful location. The host is super fast and supportive. I will be back next time.

The Airbnb was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. Everything was well stocked for our one week stay. It’s also only about 7 mins away from the airport! Host was very responsive and helpful, we would definitely stay again.

This is my second time staying at Minh & Jenny's apartment. The room is located on a quiet and charming street, with cafés and restaurants nearby. There’s even a café right downstairs. Traveling to tourist attractions in District 1 is easy—it’s just a 15-minute Grab ride away. The entrance to the house is spacious, making it convenient for taxis to park right in front. There is a private bathroom, which, although located outside the bedroom, still offers great privacy. There is also a laundry nearby with very cheap fees. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pros: • Simple. • Cheap. • Second floor. Just use the stairs. No elevator needed. • Washer and machine clothes dryer. • Balcony. • Host is very responsive. Cons: • Since the washer and dryer are shared with other rental units, then the machines are not always available. • Outdated furniture and walls. • No real kitchen with stove. You will have to ask for an electric burner stove. • The alley is small so Grab cars have difficulty finding, getting in and getting out. • No flat iron. There is handheld steamer which is not effective in ironing your clothes. Overall: • I would rent again only IF I need to be near my family and friends in this district. • If not, then I rather rent something else in D1 and near the center.

Great host and stay! The host is very accomadating helping with what we need. Strongly recommend this place. We will definitely be back!

We stayed one night prior to our departure home and this location was perfect as it was close to the airport- about 10 minute Grab ride. The apartment is on the 17th floor, has a balcony, and nice views from 2 of the bedrooms. The doorman assisted when we arrived and the instructions made the check in and check out process easy. The showers have nice water pressure and the AC cooled the place quickly. The host was proactive in communications and checked in with us to make sure we were able to access the apartment. We would stay here again.

This is a place not to be missed, very very good, I will definitely stay again next time in Ho Chi Minh City
