The Airbnb was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. Everything was well stocked for our one week stay. It’s also only about 7 mins away from the airport! Host was very responsive and helpful, we would definitely stay again.

This is my second time staying at Minh & Jenny's apartment. The room is located on a quiet and charming street, with cafés and restaurants nearby. There’s even a café right downstairs. Traveling to tourist attractions in District 1 is easy—it’s just a 15-minute Grab ride away. The entrance to the house is spacious, making it convenient for taxis to park right in front. There is a private bathroom, which, although located outside the bedroom, still offers great privacy. There is also a laundry nearby with very cheap fees. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pros: • Simple. • Cheap. • Second floor. Just use the stairs. No elevator needed. • Washer and machine clothes dryer. • Balcony. • Host is very responsive. Cons: • Since the washer and dryer are shared with other rental units, then the machines are not always available. • Outdated furniture and walls. • No real kitchen with stove. You will have to ask for an electric burner stove. • The alley is small so Grab cars have difficulty finding, getting in and getting out. • No flat iron. There is handheld steamer which is not effective in ironing your clothes. Overall: • I would rent again only IF I need to be near my family and friends in this district. • If not, then I rather rent something else in D1 and near the center.

We had to check in past midnight and Ai, the building manager was very helpful! He put labels on each step when we checked in. Labels on doors and the lift on what we need to do and even sent instructions with photos to help us. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends who will come to Saigon!

There is a polo on the doorstep, breakfast is not bad, and there is a kebab shop which is delicious! Also delicious Convenient location and not loud, not far from the airport drive The host is patient and kind, proactively assisting guests with questions, the interior is welcoming, lots of plants, and a lovely kitchen to use

I loved this stay. The house was very clean, and the host provided free drinking water, instant coffee, tea, toiletries, and even a washing machine. I especially loved the porch area with a clothesline to dry laundry, making it super convenient to hang clothes after washing them. The weather in Vietnam can be hot, but luckily the house had air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, so it was very comfortable. There was also hot water for showers, but be sure to ask the host how to turn it on. The cohost was fantastic—she replied almost immediately to any questions I had, and communication was smooth since she speaks Vietnamese, Cantonese, and English. The location is great—there’s a local market nearby, and a 10- to 20-minute drive will take you to Lotte Mart and Vạn Hạnh Mall. I mainly used Grab for transportation. Quick tip: if the driver can’t find the address, give them the alley number and street name instead of the house number.

Overall, I found Binh's place not really bad for the price and the location. The building is easy to find but it's an pretty old building so there'll be mold here and there. But the room that I stayed in was pretty good, clean, everything works well. The host replies a bit slow through Airbnb so I suggest texting through the number they gave you for check-in. The location is perfect for shopping lovers. I'll stay again for a short-trip.

The first time I came to Vietnam, the first station chose Ho Chi Minh City, people who speak Cantonese, highly recommend this area, the boss can speak Cantonese, there is a set of toilets in the room, that is, pillows one is too short and one is too high, I slept a little uncomfortable for 8 days😂, the dog called Potato in the lobby downstairs, often as soon as I saw I turned my feet to the sky and asked me to touch it.There is also a pink noodle shop very close, called Hongji, the boss's wife has worked in Macau for 6 or 7 years, if you go, remember to say hello to them, they also asked me to eat dumplings and fish belly soup... Finally, remember to learn to use Grab, you can create an account before you come, call a car, call a car, take it out, it's super convenient, it's super convenient, I'm uncomfortable one day, I ordered a chicken leg rice directly in the room XD

It was an amazing experience renting this apartment! We arrived at night and host gave us amazing guide on how to check in ourselves! Close to the airport, took us 20 minutes to walk from there and 10 minutes by car. The apartment is big, clean and there was everything we needed! Thank you so much!
