The house is very clean, nice and comes with everything you need if you want to cook something, Sue was attentive to all the details even before she arrived with my family, she recommended places to buy local food and supermarkets in addition to the oxxo where you find almost everything, communication with her is very agile and she is a very friendly host! Definitely Sue's place is a good place to stay and I highly recommend it!

the house was to my liking, some cleaning issues but nothing serious, a spotlight was melted and I think that was important, because it was the one on the stairs. The house is just like the photos and description, it does not have air conditioning but we do not feel so hot (we visited in March week 1), the bathrooms clean, the kitchen with everything to prepare a meal, breakfast or dinner. The oven, the stove, the cooler all in good condition. Gonzalo was always very attentive and the area is very quiet, it is a very large subdivision and there are few houses occupied, which makes it very quiet, the pool is large, ideal for children and adults. Our stay was very pleasant because the house is very nice and has a very good location, with security and privacy, and above all, absolute tranquility, ideal for resting. We were two people and each had their own space with bathroom and bed. Flora was an excellent host, and gave us very good recommendations, for example, shopping at the Tuesday market within the same subdivision, of organic fruits and vegetables, bread, coffee, sweets, charcuterie, naturist products, among others. I took my two puppies, who really enjoyed the garden of the house and the hikes inside the subdivision. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is great, the house is well-equipped, the pools are very good, the water is cold. We went as a family: the grandfather, the couple and the young grandchildren. We had a very good time, we left very satisfied and we are sure that we will return.

We stayed two weeks ago at Casa Guayaba and we loved it!!! We traveled with our 3 dogs and they enjoyed it as much as we did. The house seemed super nice and cozy, we loved the fridge. We liked the detail of the typical sweets and the bottle of wine, the space and places to walk in the green areas of the house were spectacular. The only two drawbacks we had were that the solar panels were not enough to heat up as we expected both in the jacuzzi and the pool, and the cost of the boiler was a bit high, but in the end it changed the experience and was worth it. Also, our last night the power went out and it was a bit frustrating that night because the fans stopped working and the heat was trapped inside. We know it wasn't the house's issue, but if there's a plan B for those situations, it's amazing. The cleaning was really good. Norma was very kind, but you had to remind her of basic details. We'll definitely be back

It was a magnificent experience, from contact and communication with Gonzalo to getting to the accommodation and seeing everything it offered. Gonzalo provided us with clear instructions on how to get there, the rules of the place and recommended activities and places to visit, and was always attentive to anything we need. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities, there is an Oxxo and places to buy food at a short distance if a vehicle is not carried. Likewise, the amenities with more that the place has, such as the pool, terrace with barbecue, a spectacular view, among others, make it the perfect place if looking to disconnect from work and relax. We only had a topic with the internet during the last night that we were there, but being something very punctual, I think it was the subject of the service provider and not a problem of another kind.

The house is very nice, very quiet, very private, in general the location of the condominium is not far from supermarkets or that type of establishment. But it's totally worth it!!!

Mrs. Esperanza's cottage feels very friendly and fresh. We found everything necessary for our stay. 100% impeccable in cleanliness thanks to Mrs. Delia who was the one who welcomed us. The green areas of the private and the subdivision in good condition and clean, the pool area is common but the neighbors are very quiet apart from coexistence regulations. The water could say "warm" but excellent for the warmth that touched us (37°C) and inside the Fracc there are 2 shops, both very well stocked, either in a few times 5-7 min there is an oxxo and a gas station The car is inside the private one steps from the casita so it feels safe in a general way. The area as such is very quiet but there are also restaurants with a variety of options (we recommend "My 2 lands") as well as barecitos we definitely recommend the place
