House in a new development with private security, swimming pool and barbecue area (request when booking). Flexible check-in. Parking. The house has WiFi and Netflix. Folding tent to set up in the outdoor garden in front of the house, table, chairs and separate barbecue. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 air conditioners: 1 on the ground floor (serves 1 bedroom) and 2 in the master bedroom on the upper floor, plus a portable air conditioner and two floor fans. Enjoy a few days of rest in the Real Santa Fe subdivision in Xochitepec, Morelos; with a sensational: sun, clean air, tranquility and security, just 25 minutes from Cuernavaca. The house is located 5 minutes from the WTC of Morelos, it has 2 floors, 2 full bathrooms, 4 single beds and 1 double bed. The pool hours are strict and there is only one parking space, however if you have more we can reach an agreement with a neighbor.
