A fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

Honestly, very good place. We were lucky to find the apartment, very nice the area and the subdivision. The house complies with what it mentions, everything tidy and clean; only a small detail was that the TV if I turned on but we couldn't see it. I don't know if it's a problem on part of it, but from that point everything is very nice and nice. The truth if we would enjoy the place again. 10/10

Mauricio was very attentive even before we arrived. Due to a communication error, the apartment was not cleaned, but as soon as we let them know, they sent staff to do a very good cleaning. He even gave us a second cleaning in the middle of our 8-day stay. They resolved any issues quickly. Seamless communication via messaging app. It's a small resort with swimming pools, gardens, parking, and a small restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a small rooftop gym with nice views. From what we have seen of Mexico, cities take up a lot of space because everything is low houses, so the location within Cuernavaca, being good, you still have to go everywhere by car. As for security, we thought it was very safe, since there is a security booth so that only residents can access it.

Excellent service, a very central place to go out and do various activities. Grecia is always attentive and upon arrival everything was in order, clean and on time, I appreciate the hospitality and the place is as described.

The place is very peaceful and is surrounded by nature, a place where you can relax.

The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable, cozy, and as shown in the photos. It has a terrace with a nice view of the sunset. The whole complex is very nice, quiet and they have a cafeteria where they are very friendly and have good food. Jessica is very attentive to what we need, very friendly and with many nice touches. I highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed the stay, Luis was a great host, they provide very clear instructions. The place is just like the photos, very clean and nice. It's a great plus that you can go into the club to swim, play tennis or soccer, and the restaurant there has very good food.

The place was comfortable & much bigger than we expected. Short walk to plaza, museums & transportation. Uber drivers available. Isabel was a good communicator!!

The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It is in very good condition and has everything you need to spend a very pleasant stay. The pool of easy access, although it was high season we did not find many people. Water temperature keeps it ideal. The kids have a lot of fun. The condominium in general is very safe and has a couple of good restaurants that help a lot if you don't want to go out to eat. Christian was always very attentive from the first contact. It helped us solve a couple of topics, very quickly and always with a very good attitude. Highly recommended to spend a few days relaxing with the family. I would return with no problem.

Excellent accommodation. The only thing missing is WiFi. Kitchen equipped with everything you'll need. It's much appreciated that you have a frying pan for fried eggs. A a very pleasant stay. Everything was clean.

We had a very good week, the fractionation is very good and with many amenities. The house is very comfortable and functional, in addition to being very nice. It just takes a bit of maintenance (water leak in the main bedroom) but from there everything is perfect with the house. As for the fractionation, an inconvenience with the provisions of the administration and that there are owners who, in a dissent and arbitrary way, did not comply with the indication. I mean the use of the hot tub. Overall GREAT experience and I would definitely come back.

Great place for the little ones of the family, very spacious, very comfortable; the common areas are very nice, the pool is quite large, it does not have a heater but with the heat it is not needed. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, the jacuzzi is very nice too, it doesn't have a heater so at night I don't recommend it so much. A quiet residential development, the staff of the place were very friendly, there is a 7/11 that is open 24 hours so it is great. It's close to El Rollo, Playa Vikingos and other things, if you go by car there are very good attractions. Susana was very kind and flexible with us; great place to completely relax, we would definitely visit again.

The place was just like the photos, clean, comfortable beds, everything in excellent condition, everything very close to the store, pharmacies, supermarket, cinema, etc. The pool was a good size and the place was clean. Check-in was easy. I would pay the price again and of course I would return, also because of the attention and dedication with José Gabriel

Andrea's house is very nice, the condominium where it is located is very safe and the people are respectful and friendly, the pool is very nice and they heat it in the evening. I could only suggest a small barbecue for the exclusive use of the house, but she helped us book the one by the pool. Everything was very good!
