Family-friendly vacation rentals in Xirovrysi

This was our first trip to Athens and thanks to Panayiotis we are for sure coming back! The villa is beautiful and perfectly clean, Panayiotis was happy to help with whatever we needed and made several wonderful suggestions. If you are looking to not just see Athens but to also have accommodations in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood with any amenities you may need, this is the place for you. Particularly thoughtful was when (before we came) I asked Panayiotis if he had a kettle to make tea with, although he didn't he bought one-just because I asked-how thoughtful is that! That was how the entire stay went-everything was easy and we felt more like guests in his lovely villa! Thank you Panayiotis!!

Very nice place. Amazing views of the Aegean & Kimi port. Easy communication with host. Quite a steep uphill drive to get there, but the views and the property makes it worthwhile.

Anastasios and his whole family were welcoming, generous, and discreet at the same time. Ready to respond to all requests at all times. We had the honor of enjoying the loukoumades with honey for breakfast and the mousaka for dinner prepared by Mrs. Katerina: second to none, both! they recommended places to visit, beaches and restaurants that are always great. we arrived three hours late and they met us halfway there, guiding us also by phone. The house is very easy to reach but the first night/night their help was essential. the house is very clean, very tidy and very comfortable. Anastasios made us find plenty of water and other drinks in the fridge, fruit and everything you could need for breakfast. Impeccable linen and towels are in abundance, with the possibility of making more changes. A truly unbeatable welcome. It was a real pleasure to be guests of Anastasios and his family.

It was exactly what we were expecting of. Secluded and peaceful location with lots of space, a wonderful porch that combined with the large pool made us feel like we were home. The property delivered everything it promised!

Mapia provided a service beyond a normal service. Even if it was not covered by the service, it was instantly ready when it was needed. It was like a perfect neighbor who immediately came to help when needed. He offered enough delicious food that we did not need to buy food from the outside. Husband Michael and himself are very wonderful people. The house is in a hill 10 minutes away from the sea. It may not sound pleasant at first. But in summer, it is a very good choice for great coolness in the evenings and mornings. It is also a place with a great sea view.

The hosts where very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the house as a group of ten people. There was enough space for everyone and it’s also possible to keep a little distance as well if needed. The view from the house on the sea and the surrounding area are stunning. The pool is a great all day alternative to the sea. Even though just a quick walk down the hill there are small beaches which are mostly only used by locals and where relatively quiet. The house offered everything we needed to have a pleasant stay and it offers also big outdoor kitchen for a bbq. There is also a big terras especially nice for a sunset gathering. We where quite isolated there and where almost the only guests in the area. We very much enjoyed this peace and quiet but bear in mind that for the next bigger city or any others bigger attraction you might have to drive for quite a while. The small town has a supermarket and a choice of good restaurants though, so you should be covered.

This beautiful cabin and pool boast a very grand feeling yet, time warm and cozy at the same. You’ll witness an incredible panorama view S. Euboean Gulf with the island of Evia as a backdrop. This cabin experience in Greece is definitely one that will be remembered! Kosta is the perfect super host as his response time was less than 5 min and his concern for our experience was excellent. From the basket of fresh seasonal fruit to the bottle of wine & a few beers as a welcome gift, we truly felt spoiled! He graciousness in allowing for early check-in and a late check out, truly added to the full package! As a family of 9 and we had plenty of space while together and enough space to have quite times as well. Our stay was in the winter and it rained everyday we were there which was highly unusual for Greece. However if we enjoyed it this much with rain… just imagine how lovely it is the rest of the time! Margarita and Ilia’s farmhouse is a charming retreat nestled in a serene pomegranate field, offering breathtaking views and complete tranquility. From the start, Margarita was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to our questions. Their warm welcome made us feel at home right away. The house is impeccably clean, fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and beautifully designed with a unique and cozy aesthetic. The fireplace added to the warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind. Perched on a small hill, the house provides stunning views of the surrounding landscape, with pomegranate trees all around and a forest beginning just behind the property. The peaceful setting made our stay truly relaxing. Margarita also recommended a wonderful seaside tavern where we enjoyed fresh fish—a great local touch to our experience. We highly recommend their home and will definitely be returning!

First of all, I thank the host who was always available to answer our questions. The setting is great, the place is very peaceful, close to a restaurant and Les Halles store. I really think I'll be back very soon. A gem.

It was a great place to stay! I spent a month and felt like home. Theo is an awesome host and the lil house is a safe and calm spot in lovely outskirts of Athens. Thanks for everything! & see you again some day :)

Outstanding private location, with the best view ever. Surrounded by sea and trees, this one week vacation at Mania's place was beyond all expectations. The place itself is causy and well equipped with all you need for a perfect time

We just spent a week at Nikos apartment and had an amazing stay. We were looking for a peaceful atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding with the option to go a restaurant and the beach. The apartment offered all that and were really relaxed when we left. Only thing that is not clear from the apartment info, the second room with the single beds is not a proper room, it’s part of the living room. But that did not pose a problem for us. We loved it and can highly recommend it!

An amazing spacious house that looked even more mesmerising and magical in person than it did in the photos. The house is secluded and a perfect fit if you're looking to get away and turn off. The beach is a short walk from the place and is one of the most beautiful seas I've seen in all of greece. This house is truly a hidden gem of Evia and we will be coming back again in the future

We were happy with the house. It was exactly what we expected. Sparkling clean, cozy, with very thoughtful details that made our stay even more enjoyable, and with our own entrance for the car so as not to disturb us or be disturbed by other guests. The host answered all our questions and queries promptly and clearly. Overall a very positive experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely revisit it at the first opportunity.

Villa fairytale is a truly beautiful place with stunning views. We have spend two weeks in the house and had a marvelous time. Argirios is very accommodating and helpful with any question or issue you may have. I can recommend the house and the place a 100%. It is a hidden gem and we are looking forward to come back to Evia soon.

Very nice and comfortable house. We were two couples completely satisfied with the comfort, the spaces and the layout. A very beautiful house, close to both Eretria and Vassiliko and Chalkida. The owner is friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Everything was fine, lovely place ideal for a relaxing holiday with beautiful scenery. The hosts were nice and so was their lovely cat.

I really didn’t want to give this property 5 stars… 6 would be be fitting. The view was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is located in a chill environment surrounded by olive trees, there are also citrus trees in the yard. This house was in my top 5 stays.

We had an unforgettable vacation in Kostas' house in the best October weather. The direct location by the sea and the incredibly beautiful view, the good amenities of the house and the entire ambience ensured a perfect vacation. The house was very clean and we didn't miss anything. It is spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped. We especially liked the pool and the barbecue corner with stone oven. Communication with Kostas was always very nice. He gave us many great tips. One of the best places we've ever stayed. We will be happy to come back and look forward to next time.

The wooden cabin was a perfect weekend escape from Athens! The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable, situated next to a taverna. The stairs inside were too steep for our dog to navigate, but he loved the big yard. We will definitely be back!

This place is a gem. We spent a week in April there - 2 families + grandparents (10 people in total) and we enjoyed every moment of it. We were met by the wonderful smell of orange flowers when we arrived. And a stunning panoramic view over mountains, the sea, and fields of olive trees, with goats and sheep peacefully grazing. There is plenty of lovely, green outdoor areas around the house to relax. The pool area is amazing, very clean and well-maintained pool. The surroundings are marvelous and quiet - and just swarming with life: eagles were soaring over us daily, a hoopoe was hanging out nearby, and we met a tortoise wandering around next to the house. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, and George and his father were extremely kind and helped out right away with even the tiniest issues. We couldn’t ask for a better host! Great taverna and butcher in the nearby village with a lovely view from the terrace. Daphni beach and its fish tavern also strongly recommended :)
