Monthly Rentals in Xiropotamos Beach

Everything was great! The place is very accessible, very close to the beach - you can walk. It is a good starting point for touring the Athos peninsula by boat and renting a boat for an adventure to the nearest islands. Eva is very friendly, the house is big and has everything you want if you prefer a home environment. Everything is as described and as in the picture. There is a wonderful view of the island of Amulyani. Highly recommend!

Location is beachfront ideal for a quick Summer swim while in city center near all town attractions. Pleasant balcony for morning coffee or evening wine. Very quiet location in city center. All necessary Amenities available. Responsive helpful host. Would viii again.

We were there 7 days, the place was easy to find. We were also able to enter the house 4 hours before the actual check-in. It was very clean, everything you need is there. We got fresh vegetables from our own garden, there were also a few small things like water, coffee capsules… available, which we found a nice gesture. We could always get fresh towels, duvet covers, etc. whenever we wanted. The property is 1 minute away by foot from the beach. It couldn't have been better. The decor was very modern, there was even a washing machine! Malika was also always able to help us with questions about restaurants or excursion destinations and give great tips. All in all, highly recommended!!! Thanks for everything, you're great! Always happy to come back.
