Chad’s Villa is beautiful the property is absolutely stunning and right on the beach is a major plus this is now the whole families favorite trip we’ve taken! We loved spending time on the beach right out our door! It was truly a picture perfect paradise! Their whole team is so kind, Derek brought us daily coconut water from the beach. Terri helped us plan just about everything we could think of from stocked groceries to fun things to do for the whole family. She helped us book our travel and transportation which is such a huge help with kids. This allowed me to relax with the family without worrying about all the trip organization! I also have to say being outside of town was so much nicer than I expected! It allowed us to have time away from the noise and just enjoy being together! I highly recommend staying here! Matthews place was perfect! Great location, easy to get around with a golf cart. The home is beautiful, well laid out. Pool was a hit and roof top patio was really cool! The view of the lagoon is beautiful from all areas of the house. We had everything that we needed. Terri is an incredible host! We were very well taken care of, Terri arranged tours, golf carts, ferry tickets, and gave us helpful advice and recommendations. Terri really made our time in San Pedro extra special! If you want to go on a snorkel trip or go fishing make sure you look up Captain Bigz! He was fantastic!

Thomas and Anna are are superb hosts. I've been lucky enough to stay with them on a couple occasions. They were helpful in securing my cart rental as well as an onsite massage on their dock, which was sooo nice. The grounds are well cared for, and the room is everything you need, nothing you don't. Also, try their quesadilla, its wonderful!

Amazingly beautiful place! Pure white sand and excellent snorkeling. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. Plenty of comfortable beach chairs. I was here last year and enjoyed it so much that I went back this year.

We enjoyed Sapphire Beach Resort and all of the amenities and wonderful staff! Ed's place is located feet from a pool and a few yards from the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the ocean with tea in the morning and wine before dinner! Ed's place is very well furnished and had all of the kitchen and bath items we needed (and more). Housekeeping was done daily and very well. Loved the Tiki Bar and Saturday BBQ's. Front desk folks were extremely helpful and made arrangements for shuttle flights, taxi pickups, and golf cart rental. The Gem restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Le logement était très propre avec plusieurs commodités qui a facilité notre séjour. Nicole est très proactive et répond très rapidement à nos questions. Le site est très enchanteur, bien entretenu et calme. La piscine fût très appréciée et même s'il y a 6 condos sur le site, nous étions pratiquement toujours seul. Nous avons apprécié les moments ou nous avons pu faire de l'apnée car il y a une belle diversité de la faune aquatique. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu en faire beaucoup car c'était venteux lors de notre séjour. Même s'il y a plusieurs bateaux de croisière à Mahahual, cela n'a pas été dérangeant, ils se dispersent dans la région. Malgré cela nous avons fait un superbe voyage, les mexicains son souriant, courtois.

It is in a nice secluded and quiet area. The house is nice and well kept. There are quite a few resort/bars near. Keep in mind it is about 40min golf cart ride away from San pedro.

We were very happy with the fast and reliable service from all involved. Especially when we forgot our passports and had to call at 1 in the morning to figure out how to get back to the house and get them. Instead of having to do that myself Franz was up and to the house to find them . He also delivered them to us right then. Being a distance from the airport I was so appreciative! It was not convenient for him to deliver them at that time of day let alone willing to do the task without any resistance and a smile. Absolutely Amazing! He also was there for us right away for any other requests before that. We enjoyed the place and couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much! It was enlightening to see living off grid was not an inconvenience. I am looking into solar on a project myself so to actually use it real time for a couple weeks was a good experience. Thank you very much!

We were 100% satisfied with our stay at Residences at Barrier Reef. The condo was more than we could have expected. The view from our very large balcony was stunning. The Condo was Very clean and very comfortable. The pools were great and the beach/pier were added bonuses. There were outdoor games for all to enjoy as well. The permanent residences that we met were super friendly and always willing to share their recommendations and experiences. We found the location to be perfect. Great restaurants 10 minutes away, San Pedro 20 minutes, Secret Beach 20 minutes, UpNorth also about 20 minutes. So centrally located that we were able to experience so many areas of Ambergris Caye. We can not wait to come back and possibly even call Residences of Barrier Reef “Home” one day.
