Shelley calls in the smart choice but it’s also the BEST choice! A wonderful place with everything you need! Shelley was so easy to contact and took care of everything with care and professionalism…the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the extras and the bathroom was spotless and inviting with great water pressure, and the living room was very cozy and relaxing. The internet is blazing fast and having Amazon Alexa hardwired into the house was a very convenient touch! The three of us highly enjoyed the stay and will be staying there again definitely and recommending the house to our friends who want to stay close to Arcade or Java to visit, or anywhere in buffalo or the Southtowns. This place is a true gem and can’t wait to stay again! Thank you!

it was a lovely place to get away for a couple of days

I can for just two nights to attend my grandmother’s funeral this location was perfect and the place had everything I needed. It would definitely be comfortable for a longer stay as well.

We had a great time at Tina’s cabin; exactly what we needed traveling back from Thanksgiving. Warm and cozy. We took a little walk in the beautiful countryside, and even coordinated with Tina for a paid trail ride the next day. We’ll be back.
