Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Janette’s beautiful beach front property was fresh, clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and sunset! We had no trouble finding the house and getting in with wary and quick communication with our host and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night trip. This property is very well designed and was a perfect retreat for my partner and I’s anniversary. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was a great size! We also loved the covered outdoor seating and overall style of the property. We recommend this property to all parties of two!

Great little unit with everything you need. Very secure with room to park a car in a private car park. The complex was quiet and well maintained. Good location. Far enough away from the Main Street to not get street noise but close enough to walk to great restaurants and pubs easily. The internet is a bit patchy but this isn’t the hosts problem, it is just the general area. We had no problems so didn’t need to contact the hosts, but they were great with info on check in/out. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

We had an AMAZING stay! John and Alice have done a wonderful job with this Airbnb. It was perfect for a weekend away. Close to restaurants, shopping, Spencer street station, location was great! Great communication and responded within minutes! I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be booking again! Thank you!

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

I had a great work trip staying at Shani’s apartment. It was surprisingly quiet for a high rise complex. I didn’t have time to use the pool and gym areas but they looked reasonably good and clean. Bed was comfortable, apartment had everything I needed. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom made my hair silky smooth and smelled lovely - I should have taken a photo of them before leaving to buy for myself! Would definitely stay again, location was perfect for getting the skybus to and from the airport.

We had a great stay here. Rooms are nice and cozy. Cute balcony lights and nice kitchen. Love the decoration and design of this house. Brendan and Lisa were very responsive and helpful. Definitely worth the money. Will come back again

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

We absolutely loved staying here! Such a peaceful and quiet getaway, the communication before we even arrived was immaculate, and the location was so central to everything yet so secluded! Would definitely recommend and we will be back again! K&K!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom home! It was perfect for our family — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The home had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels, which made our stay even more convenient. We especially enjoyed the two big TVs — perfect for family movie nights. The host was super helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with family or a group.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was precisely perfect as expected, even though we spent less time at home and mostly used it for sleeping only due to heaps of activities. It was a great, hassle-free place with modern equipment. I definitely recommend it. Hope we visit again.

Gemimas place is amazing The apartment is beautiful, spacious and a little oasis amidst the business of Gertrude street The outdoor bath/garden is so beautiful and serene - we got some sunshine out there and it was just gorgeous One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in Will definitely be looking to stay again

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

From the moment you walk through the door of Julies Airbnb it was welcoming and cosy. The view from the balcony was great to wake up to and the location was central enough to be within walking distance to all the great cafes and shops. Highly recommended, Julie is a great host.
