Great house in a beautiful neighborhood. Very clean and spacious. Lovely outdoor space right by the lake.

Very convenient, would definitely stay again if we were in the area!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It has a full size well equipped kitchen great for cooking. It’s very peaceful with a large backyard trees and birds to keep you company. There’s a Jacuzzi right outside the front door of your mother-in-law cottage. If you like to go for walks it’s right outside a park entrance to a nice lake. Overall, it’s my go to when I’m in Texas. Vanessa is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay and be able to spend time by the pool after a long day of exploring Dallas.

Such a nice townhouse, well-furnished and an easy 10 minute drive from many attractions in the area such as the Colony Grandscape, and a hop away from Arbor Hills nature preserve. Has a nice kitchen and loft workspace. The Parker Estates neighborhood is very well maintained, safe and quiet. We stayed for several weeks while moving to Plano for a new job. The small backyard was good for our dogs and there is a lot of open grass areas to walk them. Barlas was very easy to communicate with. This is Texas, you will need a car to get around.

Our family had a great stay at RJ’s place! There were so many games and activities for us to do, we were never bored. There were a few small things that we brought up to RJ and she was so responsive and attentive to our needs to make sure we had a great stay. We loved it!

Thank you for accommodating a last minute check in. We played a game of basketball and enjoyed a nice evening in the hot tub. Wonderful and seamless check in

Beautiful home with everything you need. Lots of space and nicely decorated. Massive master bed and bath. Lots of linens and towels at disposal. Free cute stuff in bath. Very clean and smells nice. Very bright and extremely comfy with everything you need ! One downfall would be the highs and lows flooring , had to be careful with kids and elderly slipping and falling Outlets near or on night stands would be great to be able to charge your things , very little outlets in general but overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend and return

We had a great stay here. House was very clean, well stocked and in a great location. The best part was the beds and the couch were all very comfortable. We often find the beds less than desirable in typical Airbnbs but these were great!

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again! It's located 5-10 minutes from soooo many fun things in The Colony & Plano areas and 30-45 minutes from other major shopping areas, downtown Dallas, and Fort Worth, so it's a great location for a Dallas getaway. It was so nice for our family of 4 to have the additional space we wouldn't have had in a hotel room. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well appointed if you wanted to do so. The beds were SUPER COMFY!

It was a very nice and very much appreciated stay. The value of this stay was amazing. I’m really glad we were able to stay here for a couple of nights. Definitely recommend especially if you’re new to the area.

Second time staying here; So glad it was available! Cleanliness is always on point. It’s not like other places that have reviews where people are saying that it’s clean and then you show up to find spider webs, odors or dust. William and Adam’s place is consistently clean and very well kept. They definitely pay attention to detail and I just love being there.

Jeff's home was the perfect place for my son & I to stay while he attended a camp at SMU. It was an easy drive to campus, and surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods. His studio was on a very nice street with beautiful homes as well. It was as pictured, and met every need we had! We enjoyed several meals outside in our little courtyard; my son preferred to get food and bring it back there to eat because it was a perfect place to decompress at the end of a long day for him. Jeff was very kind and responsive, but also gave us complete privacy. Oh, and you can't beat having driveway parking instead of most places that require street parking. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Maria was very responsive and we very much appreciated her flexibility with our check out. It was a perfect location for my daughter’s wedding and anything else we needed during our stay. The house was comfortable and very roomy. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked for what we needed. The master bathroom was amazing with a soaking tub. The setting was beautiful and relaxing! We would definitely choose to stay here in the future. Thank you, Maria, for a wonderful stay.

I had a wonderful time! The apartment is super cute and the bed is super comfortable! Noelle was available to me day and night and offered her help at all times. We went out to eat together one evening and Noelle is a very open-minded and friendly person! And she loves animals just like me :) If I could give 10 stars I would do it. I can recommend the place without hesitation and felt completely comfortable! Thumbs up!

Great location, check in was super easy with very detailed instructions. Underground parking was only $10 per night which was also convenient.

We loved this place, everything was really clean & organized, she was so kind and shared some eggs for our breakfast, the place is beautiful and it has everything you need so u don't have to worry about anything it's like your own home with all necessities on it... We enjoyed the pool too it's very clean... Hope we can come back it's a perfect place 😊

This is an amazing apartment with everything you could ask for. I particularly liked the styling of the bedroom and the location of the building is walking distance to various restaurants and tourist spots. Zoe was super quick with his responses and very proactive as a host. Would love to stay here again!

We are sadly the 2ndto last to stay (Dallas just outlawed air BnBs). It is a perfect location, like PERFECT. Street side parking, super safe area. The beds and linens are terrific (pool towels! Fluffy towels for the bathroom too), and the living areas are extremely comfortable (I could lie on leather sofa ALL DAY LONG). AC was fantastic - essential for Dallas heat. Yes, there are “drawbacks” other reviews mentioned: cobwebs on the chandelier, fridge needs cleaning, the master bath is janky (hard to close shower door, you hit your knee on the jacuzzi when on toilet), some amenities are lacking (need obvious places/places that aren’t on the floor to plug in phones etc), and the outside/pool are less than pristine (dried leaves/branches are a fire hazard, small pond is a mosquito haven, yes a vine is growing into the house, and bottom of pool needs a scrubbing). BUT!! The “old Hollywood glamour” (as Bruce calls) feel of the place is decadent and tangible. We adored it. Thanks Bruce!!

Donna was a wonderful host, she was easy to communicate with, and very helpful. Her beautiful and pristine home is in a lovely neighborhood with convenient access to great restaurants and shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay at her home!

This house was perfect for our large group! Everything was spotless and as described. We especially loved the pool table and pool. The hosts were wonderful and very communicative. We plan to come back!
