Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

We have renovated and expanded this house, which my great-aunt built in the 1960s, over the past two years to live here and continue to give guests the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful place. In a tranquil, small village at the foot of the Karavanke Mountains lies the "Ferienwohnung am Bach" (vacation home by the stream). Bordered by extensive orchards and a small rushing stream, the newly renovated apartment invites you to relax in a quiet environment. Next to the fireplace/barbecue area, the three donkeys Leni, Alpina and Tamara graze. A few chickens and cats are also always on the go.

This beautiful country house style villa is located only 5 minutes by car to Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. Many Carinthian sights, mountains and lakes can be reached in a short time. The house itself is in an absolutely quiet location directly by the forest and is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. From mid-September, there will be a 4 bedroom, then up to 9 people can stay in this house.
