Loved our time there in January! The house is a perfect gathering spot for family- fantastic kitchen outfitted with everything. Well suited for small children (with crib, single bed in roomy master) yet elegant enough for discerning adults. The activity filled basement is great for kids, teens and adults. We enjoyed all the comforts of home in this lovely house while getting to know Rochester. Gabe was super responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space to enjoy extended family time. Wooded trails out the back door and an amazing neighborhood park were added bonuses! The kitchen had everything we needed. A great home base for experiencing all that Rochester has to offer!

The apartment was a great value – clean, modern, and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet, even within an apartment building. The check-in process could have been smoother, and the kitchen amenities were a bit sparse (no toaster, for example), but overall, it was a solid stay and met our needs.

We enjoyed our stay at Chantyle’s trailer. The park was great for the kids to bike around and make friends. The pool was super clean and really fun to have along side the ipperwash beach which is beautiful! Paul was amazing at making sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. Even took us all on a golf cart tour. The trailer was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Beautiful clean home, beautiful yard and pool. Very spacious, fit our family of 6 very well, plenty of room. This is our 4th time renting from Colleen. Twice here and twice at the lake house. We will definitely rent from her again. She has beautiful homes. Thank you Colleen!

This was our third time staying here and we continue to love it. The whole family looks forward to this every year. There is lots of room for cooking and enjoying meals, separate spaces for games, the wonderful pool for tons of fun, and bedrooms nicely placed separately for peace and quiet. It's the perfect space for our large gathering to come together without tripping over each other.

Kyle’s place was a great option for my cousins and I to stay! Very clean, and Kyle was a wonderful host. Highly recommend staying here e:)

We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful vacation at Sandy's cottage. The surroundings are gorgeous, the stairway down to the lake is very easy to get to, and there were even some playful squirrels to watch from the front windows. Everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry areas were all well stocked. The water was delightfully hot, the central heat kept us extremely comfortable. This really is a gem of a place! Sandy was a very responsive, friendly host. We had no issues with check in or check out--everything was lovely. Stargazer Cottage is an absolute gem! Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beached, with optimal depth water that made our daily swims unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. They were especially accommodating with our kids, providing plenty of toys and games to keep them entertained. The cottage itself is beautifully maintained and boasts an outstanding view that we enjoyed every morning with our coffee. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, was perfect. This was a 10 out of 10 experience, and we can't recommend Stargazer Cottage highly enough. If you're looking for a serene yet activity-filled getaway, this is the place to be!

Had a Thanksgiving weekend with my family. Diana’s Birchwood beach house was the prefect spot for our families. Large clean bedrooms. 2 huge bathrooms. Amazing kitchen and dining room. Diana has thought of everything that you would need. This place had it all. Would definitely recommend it for you and your family. Diana was very helpful and responsive. It is a great house, very well kept. Morgan is a great host, extremely flexible with the checkin n checkout times. We would love to go back.

Firstly, the cottage was clean, the beds were very comfortable as were the pillows, linens and comforters were great, nice and plentiful towels including beach towels. The bedrooms were a nice size. You do not feel cramped at all in the cottage. There is large backyard with a fire pit which comes with wood to burn. This cottage felt like home in minutes. You walk in, do a wander, and breathe; Yes!! The hosts are on top of everything. Have an issue, send a message. Their response time is very quick. Great hosts. Thanks Jillian an JP. A bonus is the pass to the Pinery which has great sand beaches and wonderful walking trails. Want to eat out try McPhersons. Good home cooking. Grogs is another good place to try. I almost forgot to mention the great neighbours. Thank you..... We hope to return next year. We highly recommend this cottage.

We had a wonderful stay at Sinan’s place! The location was excellent, the space was ample, and it offered great value for money. Communication was seamless, and we truly appreciated being able to bring our dog along. We’d happily stay here again!

We loved our stay at Mana’s place. Great location, close to beach. Nice amenities—especially the kitchen—and Mana was helpful and attentive.
