De Grutto is een vrijstaand huis op ruim 700m2 grond in een kleinschalig park aan de rand van het dorp Hemelum en heeft een eigen ligplaats voor je boot. Er is een schuur voor de fietsen. Max. 2 huisdieren zijn welkom. Er is een laadstation voor elektrische auto’s en een snelle glasvezelaansluiting.
