Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Worcester County

This property was very clean and in a good location for us. The driveway is steep and a bit narrow but doable. We loved how the owner provided a welcoming snack basket and a few drinks. So thoughtful! There are restaurants and a grocery store very close. The bed frames in 2nd room squeak loudly but my sister said the bed is comfortable. All in all, this is a very good rental for Ware, MA & we would definitely book again if in the area.

Our stay was lovely! We travel to MA multiple times a year and have stayed in MANY Airbnb’s… this place is at the top of our list!

Very pretty lakehouse in a great location! The amenities were incredibly nice and the hosts were super responsive, making for a great stay overall. The property is wonderful.

Our trip was during the end of March so the temperatures were less than ideal, however, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone else.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, spacious, and clean home. We spent hours by the fire when the weather was chilly, and explored the wooded property when the weather warmed up. Close to Sturbridge Village and restaurants. Quality beds with crisp sheets and plenty of blankets. Well-stocked kitchen. Gail was welcoming and always quick to respond.

Our family stay for Thanksgiving was Excellent! Fully stocked kitchen, great sized bedrooms, comfortable space for our family of 8 while we relaxed and while enjoying meals together. Overall, A property well deserving of its high rating!!

This was a wonderful stay for myself, daughter and two rambunctious grandsons. We all loved the farm experience and enjoyed visiting the animals... peacock, rabbitts, chickens galore, ducks, goats, donkeys, horses and cows! The trampoline and two playstructures plus sand box were fantastic! The hosts, Roger and Melissa, were very welcoming and encouraged us to explore. Having the farm store right on the property was a bonus!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! It was pretty cold and Carol provided us with several space heaters that she had turned on before our arrival. The folder with information on the area, local restaurants, grocery stores etc was very useful (we did not have any cell service) and helped us with planning our hikes. The cabin was clean and cozy and my daughter especially loved the game room right next to it. Sadly, the pool was already closed for the season but we're hoping to return in a warmer month next year!

A weekend away, but close to home, with my family for my 35th birthday. Mom's Doe Haven sits along a small creek in a pine forest surrounded by nature, with ample space for littles (& adults) to explore and build fairy houses. The camper and large enclosed porch was the perfect combination of rustic and basic amenities. No wifi and little to no cell service (T-mobile had a bar or two outside camper), but that didn't bother us. Birds, toads, frogs, tree frogs, slugs and snails were abundant. We were supplied an abundant amount of firewood for the camp fire, space heaters for the chilliest of nights, and plenty of hot water. Carol welcomed us all (little kids and giant puppy too) with open arms and answered any questions we had. We're already planning and looking forward to out next stay. We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

Hooties Hollow camper was just what we needed as a couple traveling to experience the autumn leaves, surrounding hiking spots and small town markets. Carol was friendly/knowledgable of the area, responsive, and flexible. We extended our stay by a night because of the beautiful surroundings on site and nearby.

Exactly as pictured - beautiful small one level renovated old carriage house. Such a cute aesthetic and a great neighbourhood. Some ants but nothing worrisome. Host was incredibly responsive and very helpful. They even had a new hot tub! Many towels available (usually uncommon for airbnbs). Thermostat was easy to use and kept the place at a comfortable temperature. Linens were lovely - soft and cosy and a range of many pillows to choose from. Couches were very long and could host a small gathering with ease. Tv was easy to direct and easy to connect our Firestick to. Book and binder with many local recommendations. Kitchen had just about anything you could possibly need!! Cookie sheets? Blender? Large salad bowls? Platter boards? Garlic salt? Slow cooker? They had it!! We visited during an ice storm and the hosts were very kind and responsive - helpful that they live next door. They also have a landscaping team to help shovel and salt the driveway/sidewalks. Thank u thank u thank u!!!!

5 billion stars!!! Ann’s home is amazing! She takes great love and pride in her home and makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Any needs are exceptionally meet. Bootie and Murphy - her two fur babies - are the sweetest cats you will ever meet 🐈🐈‍⬛! The area offers many fun things to do - hiking, bicycle rail trails, mountains to climb, easy to get to restaurants, and shopping. Ann has a great backyard with fire-pit and swimming pool. Great landscaping that attracts plenty of birds. So enjoyable, relaxing and peaceful and would highly recommend staying here! Thank you Ann for sharing your home, Bootie and Murphy, and an amazing and memorable stay. If I am called back to the area again there is no other place I would want to stay but here! Looking forward to returning in the future!!

Sayra’s home was a peaceful respite for my 90 year old mother, my sister and me. We had another location booked and it was cancelled by the host three hours before we were supposed to check-in. She was so kind to us while we were scrambling to find a new location. Sayra is an amazing host! Please stay with Sayra when in the west suburbs of Boston! Thank you, Sayra!

We booked this reservation for a calm, relaxing weekend, and that’s exactly what we got! John and Lisa thought of everything, all the convenience of a hotel with the comfort of being home. Very clean and accessible owners. Not to mention, the views by the water were perfection!

Such a great stay! The place was super cute and easy to find. Everything looked exactly as it was listed on the website, and it felt very comfortable. We did have someone walk in unexpectedly during our stay, but it was clearly a mistake and Poppy was super friendly throughout the whole process. Overall I would stay here again! It was a great location and I loved the history of the house too.

A historic New England farmouse with a lot of character. An extremely clean and cosy place. Great hiking trails nearby. Johanna was extremely responsive to all our needs. We would come back. Highly recommended!

Yet again, this place does not disappoint. This was my fourth time staying at the wigwam in as many years - there's a reason I keep coming back! This land definitely has magic in it and I can always count on feeling refreshed and revived after my stay (and with several new poems!). As always, the forest bath and sauna are the perfect piece of luxury while "roughing it." This will always be one of my happiest places ❤️

We had a great stay at this dog-friendly Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean, which is always a pleasant surprise, especially when traveling with a pet. It was clear the hosts put a lot of care into maintaining the space. Our pup felt right at home, and so did we! The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, quick to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a dog (or without)! We'd definitely stay again

Heather & Gene were amazing hosts. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Heather and Gene were both incredibly accommodating and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect—close to Wachussett Mtn and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return on my next visit!
