Curl up in the snug reading nook before toasting the ocean sunset on the terrace of this high-end seaside hideaway. Take a sunny stroll on the beach and do some whale-watching, then head home to fire up the barbecue for an alfresco meal with a view. It is a studio apartment with fantastic views of the ocean and lions head. The apartment comfortably accommodates two people and with the sleeper couch, it is ideal for a couple with a child. It is also ideally suited for businessmen who would prefer not to stay in a hotel as it is a quick 10 min ride into the city against traffic. The apartment is stylishly furnished with high end finishes and all necessary mod-cons including fridge, dishwasher and convection oven. The apartment enters into the kitchen and open plan living room. There is a breakfast nook/reading corner with a mountain view. The kitchen has a large centre island with breakfast seating for two. The lounge has a large, comfortable 2-seater couch with flat screen TV. The bed is a normal sized double bed which is exactly 2m long with a headboard and footboard and is therefore not ideal for guests taller than 6ft. The bedroom offers ample wardrobe space and the bathroom has a free standing shower. The deck leads directly off the living room, features views of the ocean and Lion’s head and is the perfect place to enjoy the magnificent Camps Bay sunsets. There is an outdoor table with comfortable chairs which is an ideal spot for the holiday maker wanting to relax with a book on the deck or to enjoy an al-fresco meal. The apartment is a 20 min walk to the Camps Bay beaches and restaurants and a 5 min walk to Bakoven beach. Everview Studio can be booked together with Everview Suite if a 4-bedroom unit is required. There is wireless internet access throughout the apartment and full DSTV access. The apartment is serviced daily Monday to Friday. The owners live on the property and are able to help with any questions or recommendations for things to do in Cape Town. Camps Bay is a stunning place, with natural beauty and unique views of both the ocean and the mountains. Walk to Bakoven beach in five minutes, or head across to Camps Bay's popular beaches and restaurants in 20 minutes. The myCiti bus stop is 100m from the house and there are 2 dedicated bus routes into Cape Town from there. There is one route clockwise around Camps Bay and another anti-clockwise. PLEASE NOTE: The bed is a normal sized double bed which is exactly 2m long with a headboard and footboard and is therefore not ideal for guests taller than 6ft. There is one free parking space for guests. Additional parking bays by arrangement only. There is a grocery store about 200m up the road (2min walk) which is open from 7am - 9pm and is well stocked, has ample parking and ATM machines.

Spacious Garden Apartment with View of Table Mountain

Go for a refreshing dip in a turquoise pool and relax in the garden under lush greenery. The tropical feel continues inside with hanging plants, original art, and casual furniture. This bright, breezy apartment is well ventilated and serviced daily. The space was purpose designed for Guests with simplicity and comfort in mind. The interior style is unique in that it combines Scandinavian and Dutch design influences with unique South African design products and furniture. The space is uncluttered yet personable and homely with creative interior and design touches throughout. Exceptionally spacious, the apartment is ideal for longer stay guest and people with families or babies. The garden and grounds are at full disposal of guests and the tranquil setting against the backdrop of Table mountain makes this a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is serviced on a daily basis by a dedicated housekeeper who's responsibility it is to look after our guests. Guests have full access to the garden apartment on garden level, the pool and braai facilities. Laundry facilities are at an additional cost and do not have direct guest access. The housekeeper can arrange for washing, ironing or dry cleaning at an additional cost. Guests are welcomed and checked-in personally by myself or the Housekeeper, Fiona. I usually try to make contact at least once during the guests stay, but otherwise we give the guests their space and privacy until they need us. The apartment is serviced on a daily basis, so the guests will have daily interaction with the housekeeper to attend to any needs. I will be on standby if the guests require my advice, help or assistance. Oranjezicht, on the slopes of Table Mountain, is the oldest most historic neighbourhood of Cape Town. It boasts spectacular views of the mountain and ocean. Nature is literally on the doorstep. The apartment is also close to the city centre. The MyCity bus system is Cape Town's main form public transport in and around the city. There is a MyCity busstop 100 meters from the house. The Uber Taxi service is also very efficient, affordable and easy to use. Many tourist sites or attractions in the City are within walking distance of the property. The property is on 2 levels. The apartment and garden is on the "downstairs" level of the property and the garden and pool area is shared space on that level. There is a 3 bedroom house on the top level, also rented to guests at certain times of the year.

Admire Table Mountain from the lounge window of this funky loft-style studio apartment. Exposed brick walls and wooden floorboards create an industrial feel to the open-plan living space. A bed and kitchen are secreted within cosy nooks in the space. Please note that, for your safety, additional care is being taken by an enhanced cleaning and sanitizing routine during this time. Our loft style studio apartment is a large open plan unit measuring 61 square m. The decor is contemporary in shades of grey and black with touches of colour throughout. Guests have access into the secure basement parking with their own remote. Parking bay: Unit 14 Guests without a vehicle access the building with a private key via the main entrance. There is also a shared courtyard with benches on the first level. Your host, Helga, will take care of your needs and will meet you upon check-in/check-out. Should you need help in between your stay with us she will gladly assist you and is more than willing to offer recommendations for you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The building is located in the Salt River neighbourhood, which is flourishing with developments of industrial buildings converted into creative spaces. Visit The Old Biscuit Mill in Woodstock for fun restaurants, quirky shops, and a Saturday market. The apartment is 50m2 consisting of the following: •bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (toilet, hand basin and shower), •living area with a small desk •Kitchenette with oven, microwave and fridge •Second toilet which also houses washing machine. There is a television in the bedroom as well as in the living area. Uncapped Wi-Fi is available in the unit. Guests will receive their own set of keys and will have the entire apartment to themselves. The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate and the outside window sill is about 3m above the ground level. The window is fitted with lockable security shutters. The complex has access control and there is a fulltime janitor on site. You will be welcomed in person and you can get in touch with me at any point during your stay. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of many of Cape Town's major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 30 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient and popular MyCiTi Bus public service, the Mouille Point bus stop is 120m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay.
