Relax with the family at this peaceful home. Located in the heart of small town Woodsfield, this 3 bed 2 bath residential house is on a dead end street, which makes it a peaceful area! Walk into the quaint town of Woodsfield for shopping, places to eat, Monroe Theater, and a cute Main Street. This home includes a master with adjustable king bed and master bath, a nursery with crib & rocker, a bedroom with 2 full beds, a 2nd full bath, & 2 TVs. The sunny living room has plenty of room to relax.

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. Brick Loft is located downtown in one of the beautiful architectural buildings on Main Street. There is office space on the lower level so Brick Loft is quiet with its own entrance. There is a long flight of stairs to get to Brick Loft.

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years.
