Our family stayed at Caleb's house to visit with our Grandmother, who lives in town. It was a very convenient location in town, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and even her home. The house was clean and well-prepared for guests. Instructions were sent via email, text, and printed in the house. It was very easy and efficient for us to check in, stay, and depart at the end of our visit. Will stay again next time we make the trip!

A great experience. I stayed for four months for work and loved having a comfy home base instead of a hotel. You can tell that a great deal of thought and effort was put into making the place feel festive and welcoming. The location was great and the view of the river out back was grand. Kim was a wonderful host and stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well. I am so glad I chose this place and would do so again without hesitation.

We had another great stay in Paden City! The stay was perfect and the owner is very kind. They provided snacks and even upgraded a few things from the last time we stayed. They had water in the fridge already. The Smart TV was already logged in to a few streaming services also, which was a plus. Thank you for having us again.

This place was beautiful! My grandson , who is 16, said that would be the perfect type of house for him when he can have his own place! It was very roomy, there were 5 of us , 2 adults and 3 children and we were never cramped. I wish we could have stayed more than just overnight! Lauren was very prompt in answering questions and she gave excellent directions to get there! Would definitely recommend if you need a quiet place to stay that isn’t that far away from town.

Deanna and Santina were excellent hosts! Great communication and very kind. We were working in nearby Friendly, WV for the week and the apartment was perfect for our needs. We walked to the grocery store nearly everyday. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

Charles and staff were very friendly! Had a small issue with the hot water and they immediately assisted me! (Just had to wait for the hot water to reach our room, it was working fine!) They are working on renovations, but the beds were clean and comfortable. Room has a small fridge, but no microwave for anyone planning on that. No coffee pot in the room but it was offered to me several times in the lobby. Room also had a dresser, Roku tv, and small closet. Felt very safe! They write a local newspaper complete with comics and recipes and gave me a copy which was a neat addition and souvenir for my kiddo! Will definitely be back if in the area again! Cannot beat the price for the stay! Thanks for having us!!!

Super sweet and responsive hosts. They even left homemade banana bread for us on check in. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling in the area that wants to stay somewhere with more of an eclectic vibe. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area.

Nancy was a great and helpful host. She always responds really promptly to any questions I have. The place itself was very comfy and I felt right at home. The property managers are also really friendly and helpful all the time. highly recommend this stay it went super smoothly

Perfect place to rest after exploring and hiking in Belmont County. Lauren was immediately responsive to an issue with the TV and made great hiking recommendations! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the front porch was a lovely place for coffee and the sunrise. Highly recommend!
