Absolutely great host! Very responsive, friendly, flexible and overall made sure I was comfortable! I’ve booked two different places with him and he was great for both places! 10/10 recommend! Great service! Beautiful places!

Rich’s home is conveniently located across from Cooper River Park, with a lovely view of the park and back yard. His home was exactly as described and he was easy to communicate with for checkin. I would highly recommend his home to anyone visiting the area around the park.

Your place has to be the best airbnb I have stayed in, I'm very quiet and was able to work, the microwave and refrigerator were perfect, the space heating fan made the room even more comfy (air circulation!) and the bed was heavenly, including the very very heavy blanket. Thank you!
