Once again we had a lovely stay. Beth is very helpful and proactive. We have booked again for the future when we will be back. A lovely peaceful apartment with all the amenities that you would need.

Had a lovely stay for New Years, place was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a quiet stay and some lovely places to drive to in the surrounding areas!

The four of us were really happy to stay with Peta- even my youngish 20 something guests were taking photos of the setting - it is so v charming with the fish filled river and secluded oasis of a garden. Sleaford was an unexpectedly attractive historic bustling town. Loved it. Peta’s place was immaculate, the kitchen was very generously stocked and I loved the good quality bed linen- always nice. Definitely recommend. Only issue was the somewhat tight car driveway- but that was mainly because my rental car was the size of a tank.

Beautiful and comfortable, the Rectors Retreat was a wonderful long weekend stay. Private parking was a godsend and meant not paying for expensive parking during our stay. The location is brilliant being just around the corner from Steep Hill and a stones throw from the Castle & Cathedral. No issue with noise in a big city is always a plus. Only things to note was how warm it was upon arrival, all radiators were on full blast. Luckily plenty of lovely space to let cool air in and a fan is provided. The oven caught us out as you have to set a time after setting the temperature. But Valerie was prompt in her response and explanation after we contacted her about having a problem with the oven. An amazing stay in Lincoln near anything and everything you could wish to see or visit in the lovely city.

We booked the apartment very last minute as a little getaway. The photos looked great and the apartment did not disappoint. It was spotless. Lots of room and just very very homely. I am recovering from an op and this place was just the tonic. The accommodation and added hot tub were just what I needed. 100% would recommend. Harry was on hand 24/7 and made us feel right at home. Set in a beautiful location with lovely surroundings. I will definitely be visiting again and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you Harry

Great stay, nice quick walk into the centre and was in a quiet area. Check out time at 10am was quite difficult for someone who likes the bars so keep that in mind the nigh before. Parking permit provided which was a great touch. Found a space out the front for my car nice and easily.

We recently stayed for 4 weeks as our house was being renovated. The house is fantastic great garden and great sunny room in the morning / early afternoon at the back of the house. Owners are great super responsive, super clean when we arrived. Would strongly recommend. Great dog walking in sturton. Thanks Elly and Ernie just what we needed

We’ve just got back from a long weekend away at the Firs for my bestfriend’s hen do! It was amazing. The house was stunning, completely spotless, and well decorated! It looked even better than the photos when we arrived! Every thing you could need and more in the kitchen (dining stuff/glassware/utensils). There were fresh flowers in a vase on the table when we arrived! Spoke with Andy whilst staying there due to us needing to move some cars around (our mistake) and it was no problem at all, Andy was super friendly and helpful. Bedrooms/bathrooms all clean, along with hot tub and outdoor seating areas! Would recommend it to anyone. And not too far at all from Lincoln! It was perfect and we couldn’t have wished for better! We would love to come back at some point! Also, the new extension was stunning too! Well done and Thank you Andrew! :)

This house is like a piece of art. It’s absolutely beautiful. Sue was responsive and friendly. The house had everything you needed, including lots of herbs and spices! I found the house very peaceful and I felt at home. The garden was beautiful and well kept too. Will be back!

Martin’s place was amazing, it was just what we wanted for a few nights away. The place was incredibly clean, well stocked and homely. It was very peaceful, and we enjoyed being able to sit out in the garden. There was a pub about a 25 minute walk away, and lots of walks around the area too. Martin was helpful with instructions and recommendations. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Second time staying and love coming here. Such a lovely little house and we hope to be back soon for another visit.

Absolutely lovely relaxing stay. Extremely clean with great facilities. The bed was very very comfortable. It was a great location to stay within an easy drive of Lincoln. The hosts were very welcoming and informative and respectful of privacy. The little courtyard with the hot tub was wonderful. Very private and easy to relax at the end of the day.

We had the most wonderful weekend at Christine and Bridget’s gorgeous home. We booked as a group of 6 plus my 18 month old for a university reunion weekend and it was the perfect location for re-exploring Lincoln. The house was spotless, the beds incredibly comfy, gorgeous bathrooms and the outside space was beautiful in the glorious sunshine. Christine and Bridget very kindly set up a travel cot and high chair for our stay which was amazing - and saved lots of car space for travelling! They were so helpful with parking and restaurant recommendations, it made our stay completely stress free. We spent the weekend enjoying the sunshine whilst visiting the castle, the cathedral, some lovely pubs and the most gorgeous ice cream parlour just round the corner on steep hill. Christine and Bridget have made a beautiful home for guests visiting Lincoln, we would 100% recommend and would love to stay again soon!

Had a really lovely stay, parking was a massive bonus and lovely little touches of a multi functional phone charger, washing machine tablets, spare toothbrush and toothpaste in case you forget. Overall really pleasant and will definitely stay again

We loved staying at Anderby creek it was beautiful. The apartment was spotless, bright and very comfortable beds. Great shower and amenities loved having breakfast in the friendly cafe downstairs and walking the dog on the beach and coastal paths on the doorstep. Would highly recommend. The Dean family ☺️

Although it was very short we had a great stay, place was exactly as described. we loved the decor and the mood lighting was lovely, great kitchen facilities and having a washer/dryer was a bonus. Easy to find and get into and having an enclosed private parking area was a huge bonus. We'd definitely recommend this place and would certainly use again as it's very close to my daughters uni accommodation :)

A home from home in the perfect location for what we needed. Beautiful apartment, very clean and tidy and in a great location to local ammenities.

Jeanette was an exceptional host and Laura’s Loft is the perfect place to stay when visiting the heart of my home county. We stayed for the British Superbike round at Cadwell Park and found it the perfect place, a real haven after a day of work, noise and chatter. I would highly recommend Jeanette’s little Wolds haven and would definitely stay here again should the chance arise next season.

Perfect for what we were looking for. Whole apartment to ourselves (family of 4) from the start to finish Richard (the host) was brilliant. Clear instructions for check in. Apartment was spotless, modern and stylish very clean, had everything we needed, clear instructions for everything. Beds were very comfy! Wifi, board games and bread/milk/condiments all incuded which was a very nice touch! Location was great! Only a 3/4 minute drive to the sea front! Neighbours around apartment were very quiet. Private parking space at the rear of the property. Would 100% recommend and would look to book again next time we come to stay.

Amanda herself was a friendly host who made us feel welcome, the annex was clean organised and cosy.
