Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Sitting by a hedgerow at the edge of a working farmyard the Hut looks out over its own grassy corner to open fields and water meadows beyond. The picnic table and fire-pit outside the hut make it a lovely spot for an outdoor supper on a long summer evening.
