Blackwood "Treetops"

An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Only 700m from the Woodend main street you can leave the car behind to enjoy the delights of this tourist hotspot on foot or take the car to explore Hanging Rock, Mt Macedon, Daylesford and Macedon Ranges. Beautiful walks directly opposite and your own private bungalow to return to. Our cosy Bungalow is perfect for couples or a single person and we are usually ok with 1 visiting pet (if cat and dog friendly) We have a Border Collie and 2 cats so let us know if we need to keep them contained.

Cedar Rise Farm - "The Barn House"

Come and stay at the Barn House! a charming, converted farm building with a rustic feel plus all the mod cons. Enter through antique doors to kitchen/dining and lounge with open fire place. Large king sized bedroom with luxurious stone ensuite. Upstairs, the twin room is a converted loft with ensuite bathroom with sweeping views. Decorated with industrial and natural curios. Guguburra Cabin

Our atmospheric cabin sits amongst the gum trees, surrounded by birdsong. Named after the Gububurras (Kookaburras) that share the property with us, it's only ten minutes walk to the Mount Macedon village for coffee or a short drive to find wineries, village markets and forest walking trails. Alternatively in the cooler months you can curl up by the fire and read or enjoy the view from the terrace by the fire pit. The calming effect of Guruburra on our guests is almost immediately
