Woodbury is only a 5 minutes from Junction 30 of the M5 and only 15 minutes from Exeter airport. The cottage offers a beach-house feel with contemporary interior with a king size bedroom and en-suite shower room, light and bright living space, well equipped kitchen, sun room and small outside decked area.

Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.
