Vacation rentals with a patio in Woodbridge

Very nice chalet, as described, everybody said how nice it was and how clean and tidy it was, a great time had by all and very well situated close to amenities and also the water. Will visit again, thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Excellent in all aspects, providing everything we desired for our short stay weekend meeting with friends which had been prevented by original lockdown by Covid which was enjoyed by all.

Everything as described is accurate and the parking space is an added bonus. Stuart was helpful and replied very quickly to a couple of pre arrival questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

Staying here has been a true pleasure and brought me a sense of peace. This flat is a real gem - beautifully arranged and exceptionally well-appointed. It had everything I needed and more. The location is fantastic, the home is serene, and the host was fabulously thoughtful and considerate. I highly recommend this place!

Had a great time staying at the Annexe!! The surroundings were beautiful, very peaceful and the Annexe was well equipped, clean and very quiet. Thank you so much, highly recommend!!

David was very responsive and helpful. Great little place in a convenient location, lots of stuff nearby. Be aware access to parking space really tight but doable unless you have a big car. Not a problem for me but might be for others!

Matt was a great host and very responsive. The house was a great location, close to Colchester and our wedding venue in Feering. Rooms were spacious, great communal area, kitchen and living room. All utensils provided. Would highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at Karen’s property. Perfect location for walking into the town and access to beautiful walks. The secluded garden was ideal as we had our dog with us. The house itself was lovely and clean with lots of lovely little extras that you might forget to pack. The traffic on a morning is quite busy but we wake early so it was not a problem for us. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

We loved our weekend at Reydon, it was an extremely comfortable cottage, beautifully decorated and furnished plus in a quiet location only minutes from Southwold. Would definitely stay again.

Wanted a quiet and private space to reflect. I got exactly that. Sally kindly provided things to make my stay very comfortable. Would stay there again!!!

Our second stay at T&T’s beautiful home. Myself and my partner John could not fault the hosts in any way, the property is beautiful and even some added extras since our last stay and our suggestion listened to from before. Hosts were amazing when we had issues with heating and hot water and their handy man was very friendly and fixed the issue as quickly as possible. Such generous and amazing hosts. We look forward to hopefully returning in the future.

Great weeks stay in New Buckenham. Quirky, comfortable, cosy house with lovely light bright dining area. Easy on street parking. Excellent Sunday lunch at the Kings Head.

Lovely house with a great space in the kitchen. The games table was a massive hit with the family. Now have to buy one for the kids 😂. Thank you.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

We had a lovely time, the place was immaculate and very cosy. The complimentary snacks and Prosecco were the perfect touch. If you’re a couple and want a get away I would recommend to anyone!

We had a great time🙂! Joanne is a great host and it was easy to reach her for couple of things we needed to know. House is in a great spot. The flat was spotless clean and a great sunlight in the flat was delightful. Had everything we needed. The flat is close to the town centre and the beach. We would come back again. Thank you Joanne. Just right for our one night of good rest for two adults and toddler. Good use of space and thoughtfully decorated, with well equipped kitchen. Would come back.
