We enjoyed the proximity to the ocean as well as the ability to relax in the yard on the hammock or by the fire pit. Carolyn is a great host, her place is beautiful and at a perfect location. She was very responsive and extremely helpful even before we finalised the booking. They went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay. The place has a nice fenced-backyard and our pups absolutely loved it. The location is amazing and just 5 minutes walk to the beach and nearby shops. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Our family of four had a wonderful winter weekend at Erma’s house. The house was comfortable, even during a winter storm. Erma made sure to have the driveway plowed, so we could still enjoy a day of skiing. And the sunset views were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great stay in a beautiful RV! Right in the city but with the right amount of privacy. The energy and effort that went into making this feel like home was noticable. We wanted for nothing. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose. Alex was very responsive and quick to help with switching tanks for the hot water and heat. We appreciated the slightly earlier check-in and later check out. Thanks again for everything!!

We thought the space was comfortable and clean. We were happy to have a space to relax and watch a movie at the end of the day. I gave this Airbnb a good review mainly because the owners were nice, accommodating, quick to respond and active to make my stay as comfortable as possible. All the amenities we needed were there, including a tea kettle! Check out was simple and easy. We were grateful to leave without having to strip any beds or take out the trash. If you are sensitive to noise: there is another floor below this one and occasionally you can hear sounds coming from downstairs. The shower head is a bit weak, but got the job done. Overall good experience.

I would highly recommend Melissa's place in Jamesport. It was a great location with room to enjoy with some family members including children. It was perfect with some toys and a big outdoor area (and a private beach!) for us all to spend some time together while visiting family in the area. Melissa was accommodating and clear in her directions and gave us a warm welcome with a greeting basket, information about the area and coffee! The location is lovely and everything about the house was fun and comfortable. Thanks!
