Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Connecticut

This was the perfect spot for what we were looking for as my son graduated from Conn College. The host was very responsive to my questions and flexible with check in times which we needed. House was exactly what was described and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!!

A gem of a home if you’re looking for a waterfront property with great lake access. David’s home is well stocked with everything you need - from baking to cooking , from laundry to great choices of board games , a nice library if reading by the water is what you care to do . If you’re a bass fisherman like me , you have direct access to Squantz Pond, which can be a great fishing alternative to nearby Candlewood Lake. The property is close to the main road and traffic can be a nuisance to folks who are not used to it . City folks like me don’t mind it. David was a great host , very responsive . There was a slight miscommunication during check in , but that was taken care of right away . My family hopes to come back again . BTW, for those who don’t know how to play the piano , take some brief lessons before coming and impress your folks. Joe

This was our second stay. The house is cute and comfortable. Nice outdoor space with a sandy beach area and shallow lake entry. Jena is great to work with.

Truly one of a kind property. Relaxing, calm, extremely responsive and helpful host. If you are looking to get out of the city or just need some time away to think, look no further. 10/10.

I have stayed at lots of places in the last few years . . . and this place ranks right at the top. It is beyond beautiful. The water views from the living room and both bedrooms made it hard to leave and come home. It's actually even more amazing than the pictures. Don't think twice! Book this place now!

The charming house is in the most beautiful settings - tall trees with a creek running through. So peaceful! Secluded, but a short drive to cute shops and restaurants.

Anne’s place was lovely! There were lots of nice touches that we really appreciated. We arrived a little earlier than expected and we were able to check in earlier. Anne was responsive and helpful. The outdoor space was so nice and the inside was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!

Molly's place was welcoming from the start - a welcome bottle of wine (appreciated after our long drive!) and thoughtfully supplied kitchen - to her quick response to our questions. The creative remake of this old house is unique. The master bedroom and ensuite bath are so comfortable and beautiful. I loved the plants everywhere. We enjoyed the short walk to beautiful Wilcox Park (suggestions for nice walks supplied by our hosts!) and getting to know Pawcatuck - what a lovely town!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

Highly recommend Patrick and Monica’s location. You feel right at home when you walk! The pool and patio views are breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable. Patrick was super responsive to my messages regarding restaurants.

The place was so cute and cozy, the host was so sweet and responsive. She stocked it with snacks for us and set the place up ready for us when we got there. Lovely experience.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was visiting New Haven with my mother and two kids and the space was perfect for our needs. Everything was smooth from check in to check out - great communication from the host, super clear instructions, and everything was as listed. Great and safe location too!

We were recently in town to visit family, staying at Traci’s made our visit enjoyable and relaxing. Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean with a comfortable bed and a peaceful view of the brook. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, thank you Traci!

The place was beautifully decorated and everything from the plants to the antiques was wonderful to see. This is the perfect place for any stay and they only ask that you respect the possessions. John was very responsive in helping us for a late check in.

Bob, Dawn, and their dog, Cooper were the greatest hosts! We felt welcomed from the moment we got there until the moment we left. The apartment had everything we needed and more, and the shared spaces outside were very serene. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. This was a beautiful Air bnb. The details in every room made the stay enjoyable and were beyond what I was expecting. The Villa was stocked with supplies which was appreciated for some who forgot last minute items. To go toothbrush/ tooth paste, hair supplies, towels, etc. The kitchen with coffee (huge plus), beautiful decor, great location. Erin was very responsive, was always such a help. I would highly recommend and would be glad to stay again.

What a perfect place for my girlfriend and I to celebrate her birthday. Michael’s place is beautiful, modern and extremely clean which is an absolute must for me. Also, he was very proactive in communicating and was great to work with. I would highly recommend the place and Michael overall, as a host. It was just a great experience all around and we had a phenomenal weekend in Mystic!
