Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Connecticut

Cozy and unassuming, Gina makes you feel at home. Fresh, homemade continental breakfasts were great! It is pet friendly, but ours stayed home. We wouldn’t hesitate to bring them next time. Nice fenced yard. We were in town for a graduation at Q Law. The unit is just a few minutes drive to downtown Wallingford and the Q campuses.

Perfect beach rental! The apartment is exactly as described and better. Checkin was easy and the apartment was welcoming, super clean and well appointed. The beach is literally across the street and others are a short walk. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and walking the beaches in the morning. Mary makes every effort to make your stay feel like home. Literally hated leaving!

One of the best reservations I’ve had on this app. Trish was very accommodating and reasonable. She lowered the price, replied fast, and was extremely professional and friendly throughout the whole transaction. The apartment was spotless and stylish— there were also dishes and food available in the kitchen. This was overall a very nice experience and I will definitely do business here again.

The location and comfort can’t be beat. We stayed at the professor’s flat for a full semester while I was teaching at Yale and it was perfect for a couple and a cat. We even had a couple of friends visit and stay over comfortably during that time. We truly lived in the place like it was our home, because it felt like it: it was cozy, and despite a smaller kitchen than we’re used to, it was well equipped, and we were able to cook a lot and even host dinner parties. It’s very conveniently located to everything in New Haven/the East Rock neighborhood & we walked everywhere. Also very convenient to the freeway. A parking spot was included in our rent as well. Remy, Hilary and Sal were always responsive and ready to take care of anything that needed attention. Remy also gave us and all the tenants extras like baked goods, and samples of her great Italian cooking on occasion (around the holidays). They also gave us fire logs for the fireplace we used our entire last month in town.

Kisha's place was an oasis of peace and calm. There isn't much to do in the area (I was rained in the whole week) but there's so much to do at the airbnb (like using the hot tub, reading/working, or watching TV). The most notable thing was that everything was so clean and I was able to use the hot tub enjoyably. This listing is BEAUTIFUL and spacious (basically the whole top floor to yourself) and I hope to be back again!! The cute puppy was a great bonus.

We had a lovely time at your home! The house was immaculate and the backyard was great for our kids and dog. The short walk to Cove park was nice and the park had great amenities. We also visited the maritime aquarium in Norwalk and the drive wasn’t horrible for being near-city driving. Elena was very prompt in responding to help requests and was very helpful. Million dollar views of Holly Pond and the Long Island Sound. And the beauty of the backyard is understated in the listing!

We all had a blast at Jeff’s place especially the kids! The giant beanbag was a highlight for them!

Tracey’s home was newly renovated and wonderfully so. The beds were the among the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in , including nice hotels. The en suite bathroom and shower was nicer than hotel quality. The kitchen was chefs quality which made sense when we found out that Tracey was a restauranteur and runs the local golf club’s restaurant. He kindly made us some cookies upon arrival, but we did not get a chance to eat at his restaurant…which looked great…as did the public golf course. Tracey was a superb host, friendly and always available with good suggestions. Our kids loved playing in the back yard, rolling down the hill. They want to go back to “Mr Tracey’s House” as do we. Danbury was a nice alternative to Hudson valley with fewer tourists, yet still good hikes nearby as well as some good restaurants and a train museum that are kids enjoyed.

Kathy made sure that all of our needs were met during our stay and introduced herself to us in case we needed her for any reason. All amenities were automatically accounted for in the home. It is very appealing that the master bedroom suite is located on the first floor, for family members with mobility limitations. The home and property are truly stunning. The panoramic views from the rear deck allowed for peaceful relaxation and wildlife sightings of all kinds. Kathy even brought us a bouquet of peonies from her personal garden. We couldn’t have asked for more!

This is a wonderful spot in the leafy and quiet Danbury suburbs. Tracey goes above and beyond to be hospitable with modern design, cozy touches and thoughtful treats. The space is as described and photographed, you’ll love it!
