Apartment vacation rentals in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre

Wir kamen an und klingelten zuerst direkt bei Julien, da wir nicht wussten, dass das AirBnB eine Tür weiter rechts ist. Julien begrüßte uns nett und zeigte uns kurz wo wir hin müssen und wo wir parken können. Man kann mit einer Parkscheibe 2 Stunden kostenlos stehen. Zwischen 18-11 Uhr ist es komplett umsonst. Ein gesamter Tag kostet 5 €, was vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber schön eingerichtet. Es gibt an sich alles was man benötigt. Es gab ein paar Gebrauchsspuren an den Wänden, aber nichts dramatisches. Man läuft ca. 10-15 Minuten zur U-Bahn, mit welcher man ebenfalls in 10-15 Minuten das Europaviertel und Zentrum erreicht. Die Unterkunft ist in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Brüssel 🙌🏻

Cet appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier calme et sympathique, il est spacieux et très bien équipé ! Franchement pour le prix rien à dire c’est excellent ! Je vous recommande fortement ce lieux et cet hôte !

Superbe appartement dans un endroit paisible. Le tram pour aller dans centre de Bruxelles est même pas à 5min à pied. Si vous voulez visiter Bruxelles et c'est alentours je vous le recommande.

C est mon meilleur logement AIRNB en belgique . La qualité des soins du bien être de la personne ( comme les airnb de nathalie à Kinshasa Gombe ) . Ce sont des gens exceptionnels. Le lieu est magnifique d un jardin poétique et biodiversité, d un logement aménagé avec goût artistique class et agréable. L eau purifiée est très agréable sous la douche . Un séjour parfait qualité prix vaut le détour d y aller. Amicalement un tout grand merci à eux pour ce partage de bien faire pour le bonheur de chacun . Je suis architecte et architecte d intérieur , paysagiste bravo à ce concept super bien fait . Mille merci .

Studio très sympathique. Facile d’accès, proche du métro, dans un environnement calme, bien équipé et propre. Parfait pour quelques jours à Bruxelles.

I highly recommend this super-host Laurent and the apartment. We got to Brussels having booked another apartment through air b & b and that host let us down. I had to book a new apartment last minute and Laurent had responded within ten minutes accommodating 4 stranded women at the airport. The apartment was in a perfect location- it’s a very safe area and transport to the city was less than a minute walk and we were in walking distance to nice restaurants, bars and cafes. There’s a supermarket right across the road. This apartment is perfect if you are travelling for work, a city break or holiday. Lesson learned always book with a super host. Thank you Laurent ☘️

We loved our stay, the apartment is cute, clean and well equipped. It was really easy to get around the city and there are great shops and restaurants nearby. Communication was quick and really helpful, we can’t fault anything and would definitely stay again if we return!

Excellent appart, propre, quartier calme, facile d’accès et près de toutes les commodités. Je suis arrivé assez tôt et j’ai pu accéder à la propriété pour placer mes bagages.

Das Apartment hat uns gut gefallen! Der Check-In verlief ohne Probleme. das Apartment war sauber und für 2 Personen ideal geeignet. Die Küche voll ausgestattet und eine Waschmaschine verfügbar, klein aber fein. Die Terasse war ordentlich mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln top. Insgesamt auch eine ruhige Verkehrslage (außer Flugverkehr) Aber nicht störend:)

C’était super, court mais un appartement très cosy et le jaccuzi est vraiment un élément en plus. De plus, notre hôte a été super chaleureuse (même la décoration) et très disponible

El alojamiento estuvo muy bien todo muy limpio y organizado lo único fue la ubicación que de noche es un poco peligrosa pero en general todo estuvo perfecto!!!

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.

Amazing location in the heart of Brussels! The apartment was just as described, and the two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms were very convenient. Fernando was also very accommodating with many asks and overall a very pleasant stay.
